What do I do when one stops working who do I contact?

Charges fast, last a good while, keeps kids entertained for hours.

It very fast and the battery is very good 8 hours.

Great product so far. Daughter loved it and is a pro at it now.

Lotta fun for $250. Initially a little challenging. But after 2 days and 4 hours it was easy. Be prepared to fall a lot. Use YouTube videos to help.

first time it got bad on the chraging port, second time (cause i take it back to best buy) the speaker dont work... and best buy send me an open box... i hate it cause i paid a full price item, it is so frustrating

Got the Hover-1 Titan for my 11yr old child. Aesthetic looks great. Unfortunately, the plastic is very fragile and and scratches very easily. Speakers are weak and bluetooth have a very short range. Hoverboard looses charge very fast and becomes useless. Not powerful enough to go on gentle incline. Self balancing feature looses calibration and needs to be turned on and off constantly. I would not recommend this apparatus.

I don’t feel like it stays charged super long. My daughter is only 58lbs and it dies pretty quickly. Also, I feel like the tires will need to be replaced within 6 months of use. It serves its purpose but I was expecting more

Hoverboard vibrates and shakes uncontrollably new out of the box. Multiple recalibration does not help. I’m never purchasing a Hover 1 product again.

Ok hoverboard but not quite up to par with the feast rises tall and beeps when you go fast?

This board was ordered on Dec 15th in time for Christmas. My son used the board indoors only. After 3 weeks of use it began to malfunction - fully charged after 5 minutes of riding would start beeping and flashing red light vibrate and stop. Tire is unable to have air added to it (other reviews pointed this out). Rattling/lose part in one wheel - can be heard rolling around. I contacted Best Buy and found out that I could not return on Jan 16th as the return policy starts from the ship date. Even though it sat in a closet waiting for Christmas for 10 days. I contacted Hover-1, via support ticket submit ONLY. This company is overseas and does not have a contact # to call. I submitted a ticket on Jan 20th and heard back on February 3rd requesting to have me send them a video so a tech could diagnose. How do you make a video to show it does not work with a flat tire that can not be inflated? No, they do not accept returns nor do refunds even though it is still in their 90 day warranty window. Peice of crap product, you will immediately regret purchase. Take your money and flush down the toilet, save yourself the headache of trying to contact this company, aggravaiting!!

Arrived in good condition and packaged very well. Appears durable snd met our expectations.

My kiddo loves it! Will order another, wanted to test product first.

He loves it. It’s very well made. Big and sturdy. He travels a lot in the parks with it.

Great Hoverboard. Try and catch it on sale. Very easy to use. Nice with the bigger tires.
