As kid this movie made me feel confusing things. Theres a sci-fi story with under tones and tension. Cinematic and epic scope. As an adult Love it and have deeper appreciation for it . Its a classic for sure!

I saw this movie when I was in elementary school and I liked it, also Howard the Duck is part of the MCU even though this movie was way before is still a good addition to my collection.

Interstellar travel with your favorite duck. Some misadventures while saving the Universe!

Enjoyable as a fun movie. It provides good entertainment with some humor.

I admit that I did not watch it yet, I just skimmed through it. While I have not seen this since it first came on cable back in the mid-80's, this picture looked PERFECT! It was sharp and clean, with precise color! Many mid to late 80's films have that muted color look along with a softer picture, so for all of Hollywood history, they seem to look the worst. HD can work wonders with them but 4K is the only way that they CAN look their best. This title is not known as a classic and is noted for having flopped, but it is an earlier Marvel title and at this price - why not? It also has DTS-X - which is a plus. I just skimmed through it so I really did not get to examine if any effects were present. Even if you think that this film was dumb, at current pricing, I would just get it if for nothing else, seeing what 4K can do!

So much better than i recall it to be. Back in the day, i found it slow and boring but now as a middle aged man ive come to appreciate it for what it is. I hate to say its a classic, but its found away into my heart after seeing it. Of course, when it first came out, i was 10 or 11 years old. My parents wouldnt let me go due to rumors of naked ducks in the film Rented it in my 20s and found it lame. In my 40s, ive bought it ($5.00 couldnt beat that price). Ill watch it again at some point

I had watched this movie when growing up and had enjoyed it. It was not a smovie that was a blockbuster hit but has funny and ridiculous moments. Young adult children should enjoy too because of the content. Highly recommend watching as a feel good movie.

Cool movie, brings back tons of childhood memories as someone who saw this as a kid back in the day. The picture quality is definitely the best I've ever seen for this flick!

There’s no need to talk about the film cuz everyone has seen it. But the audio and video quality on this 4k disc is awesome. It can look any better than this 4k upgrade.

Evolution made ducks the dominate species ELSEWHERE, something scientist contemplate (on there tree of woe !). The film is light hearted, fun, simple, humourous and has only 1 monster that might frighten real young kids. I would rate it a T-14 from the pre-1990s' today its more like PG--. Still an exceptionally fun filled scifi / fantasy film, with a bunch of high quality actors. Well Made Duf

Before marvel made avengers and before fox made x-men, movie studios along with George Lucas made, Howard the Duck!!! The movie is a fun movie with comedy, action, love, and Space Rabies!!!! The imagination put behind this movie is what I miss from a movie. The music is fun and moving and the bad guy, ( The Dark Overlord ) keeps you frightened and scared. Howard Rocks !!!!!!!

This movie is a classic if you are from Ohio. Especially the Cleve.. land area. This and Tommy Boy are 2 of the best and to find this on DVD for such a bargain price means it has to be in the library because you wont want to pay Netflix's for it and you'll be able to watch it when it hits your nostalgic memory craving.

Howard the Duck is a guilty pleasure. One of those cult classics from childhood. Nice to have it on 2 more physical media formats!
