Great quality filter. Protects my lens. Fights a 77mm

Although the debate of putting poor glass in front of an expensive lens has me worried. This UV filter seems to be good. I have another 77mm filter that yielded poor photos, but this one looks good. If you need the extra protection on your lens, this is a good choice.

Once again Hoya supplies nothing but the best in filters,this filter Does phenomenal job at removing uv rays and clarifying pics while protecting a very expensive lens! Thx Hoya!

I've begun to use EVO filters because they are lighter, dust resistant, water, stain and scratch resistant. I used to use only B+W filters but have found bubbles and other weird particles in their filters so I switched and have been very satisfied with my decision. They are also cheaper than the B+W comparable filter.

For a relatively modest cost the Hoya - EVO 77mm Antistatic UV Super Multicoated Lens Filter protects expensive lens outer element from scratching and other mechanical damage. Test shots with and without are indistinguishable at to my eye.

since i have several lenses with 77mm ,, having a few extra helps just in case ..

A must to keep your lens without humidity, dust, sand and finger prints. I really recommend this item.

you can buy cheaper filters but they will not repel dust or clean as easily as a good antistatic multicoated filter. This one stays on my go-to travel/ street photography lens, Canon RF 35mm f1.8.

Great UV filter with well made threading. I use this filter all the time to protect my 70-200 Canon lens from any possible scratches and to keep any dust off my lens’s very expensive glass. I also find the threading very well crafted so that I can quickly remove it for any photoshoots or whenever I decide to switch in a polarized filter and never have to worry about cross threading or any other thread damage to my lenses

absolutely a necessity for decent lenses. lenses and newborns have a tendency to fall from high places. this is decent insurance for your lens.

Best UV filter. So easy to clean dust off. All u need is the little hand squeeze blower.
