    The product came in good shape and I was excited to get it. The only issue I have is that almost nothing supports chrome OS. I can't download anything to utilize the amount of storage it has. The display is beautiful and the features are easy to get used to but I just can't do much with it. Yeah, I could download a program to get windows but that's too much effort and money for something I can get on a cheaper computer. I'd say this is an expensive tablet with a keyboard put on it... I will be getting an exchange.

    I returned it to store and replaced it with HP laptop. Not having Windows 10 (if I stayed with the chrome book) made me nervous.

    3rd laptop that I purchased through Best Buy for kids going off to school. Sent my Son to school and laptop didn't work. Service saying out of warranty because it is past 30 days. Contact the manufacturer. Product issues happen but Best Buy's inability to support even after 35+ minutes on the phone talking to supervisor, etc will yield my avoiding purchasing anything through Best Buy again. Exceptions should be managed.

    I have had many chrome books in my lifetime and this is the most awesome chromebook I also found the stylus after a long searching you don’t have to buy the HP you can buy TiMOVO USI Stylus Pen works perfect Awesome purchase. Same as C130 Elite (almost)

    When I got this, it was great but I thought you can play PC games but you cant. You can't play Apex Legends, Fortnite, or any games. Only app games you can play on this Chromebook. When I was listening to music on Spotify and changing tabs the music lags a lot too.
