Great quality. Heavier than expected considering the cheap price point. Nice rigid build. I bought 4 of these units for business and they work great. Simple security setup. Requires Gmail account to operate. Touch screen, plus fold backwards for tablet use only. easy to setup email. Has google play.

Best decision of 2023, should of did it sooner, just love hp products and Love Best Buy stores.

I have been thinking of purchasing a lightweight laptop or mid-high end tablet for a while now and I am so happy that I waited until i found this device. It's big, but not too big. Clear display, more than quick enough for everday use.

I got this as a present for my brother. I don't know how much it can handle, but its perfect for someone like him who only does basic tasks. He currently uses it for watching videos and some school work. The color is so nice and there hasnt been any issue with the touchscreen. A great upgrade from his hand me down.

This Chromebook is a perfect size and simple for my auntie to use.

It's my daughter's laptop, Touch screen works great though she hardly uses it as a tablet. The unit has been flawless I mean near perfect, I know it's a chrome book but it has not hiccuped once. The battery is good for a day's travel or so. I would buy another one if or when my son needs one for school.

Quick and I love the touch screen feature. It's light weight and charges quickly. Due to the chrome platform, once you restart the computer, you sometimes have to enter your password 3 times or 23 times. Can be frustrating.

Love the look and feel of this nice chrome book - battery life is as expected and being able to go to the App Store for apps saves time on downloading- the different options with using it as either a touch screen or a laptop is nice -I’m glad I went with this model for the ease and access

This computer is great. It's very fast and compact. The only downside is that it won't download lockdown browser for school. If you need lockdown browser, this computer isn't for you.

I love the laptop. It is a very simple OS and I can run the programs much easier and faster then with my Windows Dell lap top. It is a great deal. I find it much easier to navigate for my few programs that I use it for.

In love! So easy to use love flipping it over and playing game! So much fun! But wish there was a pen for it.

I've had this chromebook for a little over a week now and so far it does everything that I need it to do. (This is my first time purchasing a laptop). I'm able to check my emails, play a few games from the Google Play Store, browse the web; and look at Movies/TV shows. So far I am happy with my purchase.

Brought this as an upgrade for my son. He loves it. Faster and easier to use than his old chrome book. It's the perfect size and even The color is perfect. A great buy!!!!!

This laptop gets the job done. Easy to use, boots up quick and the touchscreen makes a world of difference. I would recommend it for schoolwork for its fast response and lighy weight.

Amazing in every way works as a tablet and laptop my daughter loved it

I have had this for overf 2 years now and it sgtill works like the first day I bought it. streams great lots of room for document storage and surfe the internet just fine. Would buy again work the finacial investment.

Okay so I bought this for my daughter who is doing online college due to Covid and she wanted a note book because her Mac was not compatible with the work that she was doing last year and had a lot of trouble making it work. She loves that it’s touch screen. She has said nothing but great things about it. I got lucky and purchased it when it was on sale so that was a plus. With the money I saved I got her the cover wireless mouse and keyboard cover. The color is so nice.

ive been on the laptop for 3 days now. And i think its a great computer. and because its a chromebook its simple to get started. I thinks its gong to give me several years of dervice.

The laptop reaches 100 % battery life fairly quickly, good long battery life. Easy to use with touch screen. The start up of laptop to home screen is quick & smooth. It took a little time to get used to using Google software programs since, I'm used to Microsoft PC products.
