This notebook is light weight and very affordable. Great battery life and all around positive performance. The volume and sound qualities are not the best, but I love the versatility of the screen display. I’m very glad to have purchased and at an unbeatable price.

The brushed silver color laptop is very slim and light weight, the fingerprint reader add an extra layer easy login plus battery life is ecellent.

I love that it’s sturdy and bends in half. It’s fast and sensitive to touch. Not bad at all I just don’t like the Chromebook OS.

Absolute garbage. Constantly shuts down and restarts with only one tab open. It’s honestly the worst computer experience I’ve had across any platform or era of computing. In fact it just shut down completely now, even after a power wash and reformat.

I recently gifted my dad the HP 14" 2-in-1 Chromebook, and it's turned out to be a perfect match for him. This laptop looks pretty sleek in Mineral Silver, and it's not just a pretty face - it feels tough and well put together. It's got some serious pep with the Intel Core i3, 8GB of RAM, and a snappy 128GB SSD. The touchscreen is super vibrant and reacts instantly to his taps and swipes. The 2-in-1 design is fun; he can flip it into a tent, tablet, or use it like a regular laptop. Plus, the battery keeps on chugging all day. Chrome OS is straightforward and doesn't give him any headaches, and considering what you get, it's a sweet deal. Dad's been grinning ear to ear with this one, and it's easy to see why – it's the perfect tech buddy for his everyday stuff, and I'm glad he loves the gift!

Light, bright touchscreen, long battery life, but modest performance and audio.

Fast, good battery life, and good build quality. It is a little helftier than my old Chromebook, but it can handle everything I throw at it with ease. The 14 inch Chromebooks are my favorite because they sit nicely in your lap, the keyboards are centered (not awkwardly offset by the number pad), and the screens are still large enough to read without squinting.

It’s ambassador product no difficulties and runs fast! It’s super smooth I neeeded an upgrade and this was it ! Maaaaaaan it’s good and I love how it’s touch screen how fancy ! The battery life is good it’s so on point k get lazy and never charge it so this is a must. The display is CRISPY such a good deal for all this great qualities.

I am enjoying this new computer. My typical use is very basic (internet, storing documents in the cloud, etc) and it does those things well. I really like the screen. The computer is lightweight and everything is quick. I haven’t used many of the “extra” features at this point so I cannot speak to those.

I have had the last three generations of this Chromebook. This one is by far the best. The 12th Gen intel Core i3 is smooth, the new 16:10 aspect ratio makes this device feel so much more modern than the past 16:9 iterations. I love that it has kept the fingerprint reader, camera shutter and mic mute buttons. The only slight drawback is the 250 nits but I use it indoors and keep it on 75% brightness which is more than enough. The aluminium build is sturdy and the laptop does not bend at all. Awesome backlit keyboard and wonderful video camera seals the deal for this amazing device!!

I love everything about this laptop! It's fast and I love the touchscreen and the 2 in 1 design which allows it to go from laptop to tablet. This is the best computer I have ever had! I got such a good price for this i couldn't pass it up, and I'm so happy with my purchase.

I've owned several Chromebooks and this one is my favorite by far. At it's retail price I wouldn't have purchased it, but BB had it on sale and I snagged an open box model for under $300. For thata price this model is well worth it. The build quality is very good, the keyboard and trackpad are excellent, and the machine is plenty fast with its ample memory and 12th-gen Intel processor. It even has a fingerprint reader! Nits are few--the screen could be brighter and the weight could be a bit less. Neither of those bother me too much, and for the money I am very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended!

Great Chromebook! It's pretty fast, has a backlit keyboard and great battery life. If the Chromebook lasts until the final software updates in June 2029, we'll be thrilled.

Works excellently. Fast, easy to use, and quick to get configured the way you want it. Very affordable as well. I prefer this over the more expensive laptops.

Exremely thrilled with purchase of this HP Chromebook. Great quality and easy to navigate for those who are not used to laptop but, more familiar with a tablet. Love the touchscreen and backlit keyboard for use in darker areas.

Let's start by saying that I have always been hesitant of Chromebooks. This one is amazing. It's fast and handles all the day to day takes that I need to do. The screen is nice and bright and clear. And is a pleasure to watch videos and play some games on. I really think HP delivered a top tier product.

Runs very smoothly, and I love that with this upgrade I can unlock with my fingerprint rather than my long password. It's obviously not a beefy computer, so if you just need it for browsing or basic work needs, it's been great so far!

I got this on sale so my statement isn’t relative to everyone else’s experience. However, this laptop is extremly nice for its price and to be as compact as it is and hold a battery life of 10 hours is a huge help when i have to study for classes on the go. Definitley reccomend for school/work.
