Was just what I had been looking for. Past laptops have gotten way too expensive and too much power for me at being retired. I have been using Google Drive for several years as well as Gmail. I trust Google just as much as the big competition. And, the price was also just right!

Overall build is excellent, and I'm very satisfied with this Chromebook. The 16:10 screen is a noticeable improvement over previous generations. Just a few things keep this from being a 5-star purchase. At the current price ($200 off), this is a reasonable deal. But I would stay far away at full price. First, the weight is on the heavy side. I purchased this to replace an older EOL Chromebook. Adding 1 pound of weight makes this tougher to hold 1-handed. Also, holding just by the keyboard section, the plastic underside does flex and creak in way that doesn't inspire confidence. Second, a small nit is the rubber bumpers along the underside. I have a work PC (Butterfly Elite) with the same style, and one of them has broken apart in less than a year of use. I'm not sure these will be any more durable.

I'm somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. Almost everything with this chromebook is good - it is fast, nicekeyboard, 16:10 aspect ratio. But, the screen resolution could be sharper (e.g. like many windows laptops) and brighter. Most of the time, it was ok, but as the weather got nicer, it isn't bright enough to use sitting outside in the shade. So it really depends on how you use it and if its design limitations will impeded you or not.

This is a decent enough Chromebook if you don't care about a bad quality display with inaccurate colors and a cheap plastic bottom that makes the trackpad unclickable in certain positions. Speakers are good, keyboard is good, webcam is decent, and screen is a good size and good aspect ratio.

Loved my purchase! It is so easy to set up. Just open and go. Since I live by Google, I log into my account and all my documents, emails, sheets and slides are at the ready. Runs well and keeps a charge for a long time.

Purchased for Grandson for college. He opened right away, loved laptop, started using for completing his high school classes and never went back to his computer from high school.

So far so good. It was affordable and I was in need for a laptop for my son who’s going into high school. He’s mostly used it for games since school hasn’t started as yet but it seems pretty durable (it’s always everywhere except where it belongs) and pretty light weight. Great deal for the price

This computer has an amazing screen and nice quality, as well as the overall build and make. The computer is heavier than I expected but it is not too bad. The design is sleek and nice, I def do not regret my purchase!

Good computer - if a bit pricey.... High specs for a Chromebook - this is very fast with plenty of storage. Keyboard felt good, however, keys would have stood out better if the key background was darker. The trackpad preformed well. Screen was bright and sharp, but had the usual greenish / reddish coloration most Chromebooks exhibit, and there is no way to balance the colors.

I ended up returning this laptop only because of the limitations within Chromebook itself. I used the laptop for about 2 days for work and personal and it ran great. Out of all the Chromebooks I tried this was the fastest and most responsive. Id recommend only if you need no external applications and are solely using the Google functions.

Good Chromebook, especially for multi tasking. This has been holding up well for multi tasking, even with quite a few tabs open.

A faster processor and 8GB of memory made a significant difference over my my older, 4GB HP in particular that I can be on a Zoom call while taking notes in another browser window without lagging the Zoom call.

Exactly fit my need of something light weight, portable, and able handle almost all of my needs while traveling without needing a larger more powerful and expensive machine.

So glad I bought this over another windows laptop. Just don't need windows for anything really. This chromebook is my first and definitely not my last. The interface is straight forward. Boots up in 1 second. The physical feel of the chromebook is nice. Keyboard is solid. Touch screen is good. Battery life is long. 100% recommended

Works great for my daughter's college classes. Only downfall is she has to take exams in the computer lab because she can't lock out use of other apps while testing. Great value easy to use.

This computer is great very great speed and connection to everything is great all the software is great. Helps me do my school online quick and efficient with the programs I love it

This feels like a high-end laptop in many ways, from the display specs to the sound quality and the overall finish, including the backlit keyboard.

This is the best Chromebook I have owned (I have owned I0+). Love the screen aspect ratio and large trackpad.
