    Bought this item opened box. Loved it. The graphics and ability to watch movies is exceptional. It however froze and stopped working three times in 2 hours. I had to turn it on back. I decided that it has issues and so it’s best to return it. Now I am trying to buy it new because I just like the wide screen and its overall appearance.

    This Chromebook is a decent on compared to the other Chromebooks I've used (Pixelbook, Pixelbook Go). The i3 processor is generally sufficient and doesn't get bogged down unless you are doing many tasks at once. I recommend i5 or higher if you do more than two things at a time or get into heavy graphics usage, etc. But overall, the ChromeOS is my least favorite compared to MacOS and Windows. It's just very limited in detailed functionality that I'm used to with Windows (that even MacOS can't do some of). But if you only need the web or certain things and are not a power user of sorts, this lightweight Google account-based device could be just for you.

    Bought it for my granddaughter after her 1 year old Surface laptop bit the dust. She uses it for her college coursework. It has all the features she needs and she loves it. I had no idea a Chromebook could be so capable.

    I love it. New features than what I am used to such right and left clicks do not perform the same actions as my old one, but you just do it a different way. All else, works great!

    Ive only had this laptop for close to an month but it's great 8 GB of memory and 128 GB SSD so its extremely fast, great for work or entertainment. Highly recommend it worth the purchase.
