Nice Laptop

It has a secure internet software that does not require ainti-virus software. Great for the in-laws since all they do is surf the internet and read news and watch videos.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i bought it as a back-up for my older acer chromebook and so far have been pleasantly surprised by this model. it is slightly faster and lighter than the acer and hope it continues to work properly for a long while. i've only had it for a month and time will tell. i gave it a 4 star because the battery life is less than the acer, but i was pre-warned by the reviews prior to purchase.

great customer service

Took it back to Best Buy and they did not hesitate to replace it. The chromebook itself is good for my needs---email and internet. If you need to work on a lot of documents, not so good.

Easy to Use

I bought this because I really only needed a laptop for surfing the web and uploading documents etc. Great purchase for the money.

Easy to use

It looks just like a computer, but half the price, does all that I need to do, email and using the internet. It also has built-in virus protection, so no extra cost for that. I love my Chromebook by HP!
