For the price, this chromebook is nice. The picture quality from movies, etc is certainly not Ipad level, but it is clear and the colors fairly sharp. The touchpad is adjustable. Still exploring all the options, but am satisfied so far

Good and simple computer for high school use. Everything works well except not being able to turn the keyboard backlit off. Also, it will be good if Google can add a guest feature for others to login as guest into the computer.

Bought this new chromebook because my old HP (6 yrs old) is starting to slow down. Bought a wireless mouse a while back, because the internal one sometimes not working. But I like the quality of HP that's why I bought another one.

I love this chrome book way more than I thought I would. I can do everything I need to do. It is. Perfect size and weight for taking along with you and the battery lasts and lasts. I may never buy a laptop again.

Found a great Chromebook, an HP, with just enough to do what I need it for. Sales associate was super helpful. Very glad I got to go in store and purchase it. Best Buy has always been the best place to get electronics.

Great for the price. Could be worth much more. The only issue I personally have is it disconnecting from Wifi multiple times during 9 PM. However, this may be fixable with troubleshooting. I can handle it.

Great Chromebook for my 6th graders who need to bring their own devices to school this year. I purchased 2 on sale and am very happy with my purchase.

The Best Buy employees communicated well and in a timely manner of when they would arrive. They were very friendly and professional and did a quick job of taking our fridge out and installing a new one.

I’ve had this computer for about 7 months now. I’ve had no issues up until now. My screen is starting to go randomly black. I have to hold the power button until it turns off, and right after it’s hard to get it to turn back on. After looking it up, I read that most likely the battery needs replaced. I don’t understand why a computer that’s not even a year old is having this problem, and it’s a common issue apparently. I really like the computer, but it’s almost not worth getting when there’s a high chance of the battery going bad so fast.

I love this laptop and I have no complaints!! Would purchase again.

Everythings are fine except the screeen. Due to this has TN panel, the view angle is so narrow. Other than that, it has enough horse power to do anything expected for Chromebook.

Works and Looks Great after a few weeks of using it! Could use more ports for aux. items like keyboard, mouse and mirror casting to larger screen. I spent $30 more on connectors.

i had another chrome book and after 5 years the mother board went out on it , i knew i just had to get another one it's easy to use the back light on the key pad is great

If you don't need all the bells and whistle of an expensive lap top, this one delivers at a vary good cost. I really like this unit. Does the job for what I need.

Nice quality chromebook that does the job. Great plus that it has backlit keys at this price point. Good for students as connection to internet is a snap.
