Wanted a larger screen Chromebook. I thought this would be the answer, but this model does not have full HD. It is only 1366x768 rather than 1920x1080. I had to return it as the trackpad was not functioning properly and would get stuck while using the device.

Not easy to navigate after using a Windows laptop for years. It doesn’t work with some of my programs and it is hard to locate files. I wish I would had stuck with Windows.

I got just what I expected. I love the backlit keyboard and the sound isnt bad. The picture isnt great...but for the price, its what I thought it would be. Got great service when I picked it up at the store.

The lights on keyboard, not even useful in fact its more difficult to see the letters. Its a little bit tricky, i hope i just can turn off the light.

I don't use my labtop alot, because i can't hook printer to it. Very unhappy

Too slow. A store associate suggested this for me but it’s not what I expected. But I guess you get what you pay for :/

So im not too happy with this purchase for what I explained to the clerk I was looking for and need in a laptop I got the complete opposite. not only that but it hasn't even been a year and my screen is on the fritz where it decides to not come on I am not at all happy with best buy. Something for sure needs to be done.

I tried this chromebook for a couple of weeks and did not like it. Performed the basic functions (browsing, youtube, netflix, emails, etc) however I didnt think it was the most ergonomic chromebook out there. Keyboard felt relatively small for the size of the laptop. Id go with a lenovo instead.

Not that great it lags at times and freezes alot thebdrive could be better

Do not buy this if you want to work like a regular laptop

Almost a year with this laptop and has been struggling trying to get help fixing it because in less than a month of being well taken cared of, the keyboard failed and it’s been a pain trying to get it rectified. So now it’s just sitting in the brand new case bought for it the same day…& after many attempts to have it fixed….no solution has been found. Sad when you buy something overseas and take it back home to your island only for it to not work. Faulty. Very disappointed. No luck with assistance. What good is a warranty if you can’t get through to anyone to help.

Screen is not crisp and clear. Best Buy would not return or exchange it because it was past two weeks and told me to contact HP. Now I have to pay to send it to HP so they can work on it. It was like this right out of the box and they start the two week period from time of purchase, not time of arrival from shipping. Be aware!
