Really nice compact computer. Wish it had more storage space but what i use it for it gets the job done. It has a sleek look to it with the gray/chrome look. The picture is very clear. I have watched movies on it and the screen has a good picture to it. The battery keeps a good charge to it. The price was a plus! It is very easy to navigate too. Shipping was very fast after ordering it in the store.

This chromebook laptop has a big screen and comfortable keyboard. It holds a long battery charge, and works as my travel laptop for when I'm away from my home office desktop. The screen display isn't a retina or anything, so it's a bit blurry compared to my mac desktop, but it will do for a couple hours traveling. Since it's a chromebook, you can't run regular programs off of it like you could a windows or mac computer, but it's great if you are just using it for email, social media, netflix, or even cloud apps like office or google docs. You can download quite a bit of files with the 4GB hard drive, so you can download things like images from canva to post on instagram or even a movie to watch on the plane.

Got this H.P. To replace an Acer chrome book that will quit updating in September. I really like the Acer but the H.P.dropped in price substantially. This is a little smaller than my Acer, But I really like it , a little easier to handle. This one has a backlit keyboard ,what an improvement for me. I have had my head in the sand all this time. Picture and sound are plenty good for me. Holds a charge all day. Works for this guy....

This has been a great purchase. It is light to carry. The keyboard lights up so it is great when using in a dimmed space. It is such a QUICK charge plus the charge lasts nicely. My only concern is the charger block gets hot so I do unplug it when not using.

This is a great value laptop for everyday use. It’s light weight and easy to carry around. Keyboard and sound quality are great, screen is good for an entry level laptop. The Chrome operating system is fast and easy use.

I have gotten a lot of use out of this for such a low-priced laptop. Perfect for web browsing, streaming, and is compact for travel.

I wanted a cheap second laptop for basic tasks. I had never had a Chromebook before. I'm glad that I settled on this because it is everything that I was looking for.

Love this HP CHROMEBOOK.Very easy to use and to start up. I like it because if you have Google it transfers all your google material to the chromebook. I like it because unlike windows it up dates itself. We just bought ours this summer and I think Im elgible for updates until 2026. It is very fast! I also like that I can have my email on my phone and on the Chromebook. It was very easy to hook up to my hp printer. My wife streams youtube on it all the time. Great picture and sound!!! Im SUPER GLAD WE BOUGHT IT!!!

I was in the market for a personal laptop (not for work or school) and this is AMAZING. The only drawback was that I could not install my own Norton protection on the laptop. I found out after purchase that Chromebooks have their own security in place (Linux). Other than that I love the simplicity of this laptop. Everything is in sync upon setup!!! I still can't believe a bought this half off the original price!---Happy Customer

This chromebook is great, I bought 2 and we have had them for a little over 2 weeks. I am very impressed with the quality. No performance issuers, a nice bright screen and colors, and the key lights up. We can download our favorite games with ease. I plan on purchasing a 3rd one. I was going to buy a cheaper chromebook but I’m glad I spent the extra money. Highly recommend.

If you have kids online. This is absolute a great buy. It was very easy to setup the quality, screen size is great. The screen resolution is not that high, but the kids have a second monitor and this little guy pushes the second screen like TV. I wanted a third one, but all locations ran out of this one. Battery life is very good at least 12 hours.

Excellent $200 investment. I have an iPad but needed an chromebook for my daughter while on vacation. She loved it and I am still loving it. Super fast and easy to use. I use the OneDrive Cloud mostly but the mini-SD card is good for keeping all of you files portable and handy.

This is a good computer I love the color and I like the way the key pad lights up the screen is perfect for me and the life time of battery usage is great.only complaint is when the sun shines on key pad I cannot see letters but overall this is a great computer and my son loves it.Thank you Best Buy for a wonderful item

I bought this for a cheap and portable computer to bring with me on travels. It does everything I need it to do (take notes, listen to audiobooks, and watch YouTube) rather well. The battery lasts all day with constant use, and can sustain itself for a few days if left to sleep.
