When reviewing this product consideration is give to price relative to to others. I didn’t pay much for this laptop, little over $100. For that price the laptop works great for its intended purpose. Works sufficiently well for wed surfing, including streaming videos. Can’t beat the price for an HP.

These are such good little Chromebooks. I have bought 6 in the last few months for our company and I can't praise them enough. The keyboard keys are a little higher than most laptops which makes typing a breeze for even the slowest typers. The screen is a good size as well, not too small that no one can see anything but not too large to make the Chromebook cumbersome to use.

Good Chromebook for anyone looking to do simple tasks.

Extremely happy with this purchase. Small learning curve coming from a windows laptop but its way better. There's no bloated BS that slows the experience down. It connects to the internet for browsing, email, and youtube. No need for microsoft office when you can use google docs. Get a wireless mouse and you're good to go.

Walked in to Best Buy with a problem and needed help with an order I did online as soon as he seen me he greeted and told me give him a couple mins as soon as he done he walked me thru the lap top told me the good and the great about it I trusted him to the point where I got it and haven’t regret it yet doing a great job Best Buy will see you again from big chev’s roadside

Love it! Thin bezel so smaller/lighter than my 5 yr old HP Chromebook 2GB that hit AUE. Also way faster, better colors (old one had extremely washed out colors) and nice sound with B&O speakers. I have never had a Chromebook with sound crisp or loud enough to use without speakers.

This was a gift for my 20 year old granddaughter to start working from home as a customer service rep. She loves it, it was fast and allowed her to download all the apps needed to train for the job, get the job, and today... still have the job. Great buy!

The HP-14 is good as a web/home school device and is quite fast when web surfing. It needed the additional external (sim) memory for storage and downloading...for the price it is acceptable, just do not expect full size lap top heavy computing capability.

Bought as a gift for my grandson. Easy to set up and use. He loves it!

I got this chromebook on one of best buys daily deals and at its 100 dollar price point its hard to beat. but the lack of a hard drive that is replaceable make it hard to recommend I would much rather have something larger or with an actual replaceable hard drive something even higher priced Chromebooks don't have. On the good side, if you want to browse the internet, check your email, and download some android apps and use them it's perfect. very good first laptop and a very good laptop for someone who has a desktop but needs to take something around for work or school for notes and other basic functions.

Beautiful keyboard that lights up. Super easy to set up. My mom needed a basic computer to get on the internet so she could easily submit job applications and watch YouTube videos on a bigger screen than her iPhone or iPad. Haha.

Exceeded my expectations by a mile. Love the backlit keys and performance at this price. Going to get another so I have one at home and one at the office.

This is my second Chromebook I have purchased from Best Buy. I will never own a laptop or desktop. The convenience and ease of use coupled with the inexpensive price make owning a Chromebook so wonderful.

Bought this chrome book for my 86 yr old mother. It is easy for her to use and allows her to do all she needs to do without all the pricy bells and whistles.

Sleek, nice and I love the light up keyboard. I get a new Chromebook every three years and retire the oldest one in my inventory. This one is nice and lightweight and sleek and fast.
