Bought this for my 6 year old. It works very well for what she needs. She plays games on it and uses it for school. Since she is under 13, her Google account is connected to my account. In order for her to download games, she can send me a message on my phone through an app I download. I can also see what websites she visited and how much time she’s spent on the computer through the app. Great feature for smaller children.

This is my first chromebook and I checked out good reviews from Slickdeals and BestBuy Forum and the product stands by its great reviews. Unboxing and Setup : It took around 5 mins to get things synced with my Google account and have the updates run through. It offers wonderful integration with Android devices by pulling up optional apps and messages. Build and Features: The build quality is great and surprisingly good for a device in this price range. There is a cushion between display and body and also the bottom of display in case it rests on table. It closes and opens in a sturdy fashion and the cushion between display and frame may make it look like there is a gap but not . I was worried about that seeing some reviews but that is not true as it completely closes. The display is great and by default it comes configured at a resolution lower than 1080P for better visibility of texts and possibly improved battery life and I prefer to leave it like that instead of 1080P mostly unless high resolution pictures / videos are viewed. Sound quality is nice and clear. Overall glad to have it purchased.

I have only had the Chromebook for a few hours and it is great for my 2nd grader's needs. The camera quality is great and the screen is larger than the one he had before. He is able to log into all of the sites and apps needed for virtual learning. I will update in a few weeks depending on how well it continues to work, overall I am happy considering where we came from.
