Excellent laptop for everyday use for surfing the web and watching movies. I like the white color and the aesthetics of the laptop. It’s cute and the keyboard doesn’t feel ancient and clunky like the Chromebook. Overall a great purchase for a light use laptop. Another pro is the ease of setup. You use your google account to set it up.

Excellent product. Does everything well that I need. Yahoo mail, Gmail, Google messages, Google spreadsheets YouTube, 247 games, all websites that I use every day Works well with my Epson XP-4200 printer for both printing and scanning.

Quick boot-up, large screen that is bright and sharp, decent sound and it's light. Battery life is very good too.

Great for office and home use. The touch screen is super helpful when editing photos and making logos. Over all a good laptop.

The compact of the computer was nice but the screen is too small and it is hard to navigate at times with the size of the screen given.

Great product, I came to best buy genuinely for a tablet that disconnected from the keyboard, mind you this does not disconnect from the keyboard but it flipping completely to tablet format helps so much. I bought it for school and let me tell you, it made live so much easier and im still currently using it for business. Worth the purchase.

this Chromebook from HP works pretty good on your web-based applications such as office 365 or Google docs

Very happy with the Chromebook and how easy it is to use. I live that it doesn't take long to charge and the battery life is amazing.

Does what it’s supposed to. I replaced an older Chromebook because my daughter needed it for school. The old one was slower and now it’s better. I did read reviews and one person gave it a bad review because it was slow when it came to playing games. These are not made for playing games.

Great computer, pickup was super easy and fast. The chrome book is perfect for school, good processing time, with great resolution. Gig for memory is good, only slight down fall is the mouse pad isn't the greatest, but overall function is awesome.
