Great product. Using for schoolwork and it works great. Highly recommend.

The computer arrived quickly and the photos on the website were accurate. It works nicely for my needs, but does run slowly at times. I wish the battery lasted longer, but again, it is fine for my needs - especially for the price point. The screen size is nice and the picture quality is also nice. I only use it for occasional internet browsing and bill paying, so I would definitely want to upgrade if streaming or gaming. One last thing.. the bottom does get hot during use.

I found the Chromebook to be exactly what I needed for the price. The size is perfect and it is not heavy so i can carry it around in my work purse comfortably. I also like the new updates to the screen features, particularly the easy accessibility to the Apps on the home screen. My only problem with this Chromebook was the difficulty to copy files to the desktop. I found this to be a bit tedious but I was able to figure it out. On a whole it is a good product. i give it a thumbs up|

I came in store looking for a laptop and found this chrome book. The employee I spoke with explained the questions I had about it clearly and I'm pretty satisfied with the purchase and prompt and friendly service. I also got this while on sale which is awesome. It does exactly what I need it to do like google. Nothing over the top fancy, but perfect for students and has really good battery life.

This chromebook was worth the money. Its fast, the graphics on it are great for web browsing and watching shows on like paramount plus, hulu, etc... if you are looking for something that is great for web browsing and watching Apps or You Tube, this is a great device. The 14inch screen is a plus, as i had an 11.5 before. Im very impressed with the quality of this little machine

Perfect first Chromebook/Laptop for my daughter (10). Easy for her to use and navigate on her own (apps are great), as it is similar to what she uses in school.

I got the chromebool for.my kids to use at home for school work and it works fperfect for them. May buy another one for myself to use.

I needed a new laptop for personal and work and I used someone else’s Google Chrome and loved it. My only issue is is that when I use the right click on the pad it doesn’t work so I had to purchase a wireless mouse and it also says that it is touchscreen I went on YouTube to try to troubleshoot the touchscreen myself, followed all steps and it’s still not working. I’ll be contacting Best Buy. Outside of that it works perfectly.

This laptop was perfect for what I needed it to do, and for the price. I got it to search the internet and things like that, and so far so good!! I don’t have anything bad to say about this. If you are looking for a laptop to game and things like that this probably isn’t your choice, but simple web browsing and doing some work on this is a good choice and for a good price.
