This is a good laptop for the cheap price. I bought this for my 14 year old. They can run Minecraft and discord at the same time which it impressive for its specs. It's got more than enough memory to store their files and the display is pretty good. I was impressed because of how cheap it is. You do have to be careful with it. They dropped it and broke the screen after only a couple of weeks and it cost almost $200 to replace the screen. I could've just bought a new laptop. Made me glad I hadn't bought them the 1k laptop the sales guy was pushing though.

Not what I thought it was. Keeps shutting down. Have to re-start several times. When I called to talk to a manager the person said she would forward my phone number to the manager to call me back. I will never shop there again. Charles Kubbe

Best Buy stacked all these computers in the wrong row and after going over for an hour specifically what I needed out of this laptop they realized their mistake and honored the price almost half what it should of been. This is the main reason I srixk with Best Buy because when I make that same mistake in my business, I honor it and earn loyal customers. And Best Buy has earned a loyal customer from me for that.

I wrote a review about this product under the Range extender product we had bought for our home. We are traveling and fell into Evan at the Rockford IL store. He was GREAT to work with and THE REASON we bought another lap top to replace the note book we bought previously. He took the time to help us find the right option for our needs.
