its a good laptop for the money. I gets the job done.

My child loves it for school. The system is easy to use, and so light in weight. I look forward to purchasing another one for my other child.

I purchased this laptop to replace a Dell laptop whose battery system had become defective. This laptop doesn't have as large a screen as my previous one but it still does the job. I would have preferred a laptop with the numberic keypad, too. Other that the exception of the 2 features I miss on this computer, the HP works flawlessly.

A great computer. It is fast and very reliable. Streaming on this laptop is great without any buffering. It is a solid laptop for the money.

So far this is a good computer for its money. Some burbs getting it delivered because of salesman not putting the order in.

Great laptop for the price. With ram upgraded to 8gb it performs well and can handle some light gaming such as Minecraft.

The computer is okay but when I went to purchase it, the sales associate told me the screen size was the same as my Toshiba. This HP is 14" and the Toshiba is about 15.5". After I bought I had the Geek Squad install webroot and do all their other installations the same day. When I finally got it home I found out about the screen size. At that point I decided to just keep it and make the best of it. Also, I bought this HP around the middle of July. About a month later, this laptop went on sale for $279, a one day special. I talk to a manager over the weekend to see if I could get a store credit. He said it would have to be within 14 days of purchase. I wanted to use the credit to purchase an Apple phone but he said he could not do much about it. I have been a loyal best buy customer for many years and I was disappointed about all this but if nothing can be done, I will accept it.

Easy laptop to set up and use for online use. downloaded some simple software for a podcast and it can handle it just fine
