I brought this a birthday gift for my oldest grandson. He loves it, smooth, fast and does exactly what he needs it for.

Purchased as a laptop for a new college student. In past purchased similar laptops but not with SSD. Wow incredible difference and with 128gb will be able to handle those troublesome updates from Microsoft. Great feel to key board. good picture to screen and tested it streaming NetFlix no issue worked fine.

It's reaonably priced and works great for what we needes it for. Super light weight which is perfect for my wife.

First off, I was very excited to purchase a new Laptop being that I have found my "niche" in a new web design project! I was a bit unsure of what model to get being that I've just ventured to out to this new field of designs... I wanted something that's more my in tuned with my speed, you know nothing too fancy or technical... long story short, this model and style is perfect for me! Went in to find a very reliable laptop to do miscellaneous stuff on social media etc. They’re was two or three clerks in the computer dept. they all asked if I needed help was just browsing at the time, ended up asking one his take on my purchase and he was like “ yep that’s a decent one for the price “

Three stars does not represent problems. To me it means at expectations. No complaints and no unexpectedly good features. The first thing I did was get rid of the "S" designation which only allowed software downloads from the Microsoft store. That is quite easy to do. My old laptop died - having water spilled on the keyboard did not help. Mostly it is used as a second computer in the house (really necessary during the lock down) hooked up to a 24" monitor with an external keyboard and mouse. On visits to my kids or home to Ireland it will be used as a laptop. Mostly it is used for internet access and now and then spreadsheet and documents with some photoshop types of stuff thrown in. Nothing very demanding. So far it had been unremarkable and that is good. It boots in about 35 seconds and I have found no glitches.

When I started it the first time I was very impressed with it. It is much faster than my old computer.
