Great laptop with an SSD so startup time is instant. Loading google and other applications is very fast. Can run low impact games such as minecraft. The keyboard has a great feel to it, the resolution is very clean, and the screen is the perfect size. Overall a great laptop and great for school and travel.

This laptop processor is very slow and can only run one program at a time. The camera resolution is terrible at 360p, worse than laptop cameras from 10 years ago, so if you plan to use it for zoom meetings, your colleagues will barely be able to see you. The video is grey and washed out. The screen resolution is 720p, which is also consistent with cheap laptops from 10-15 years ago. Most websites can't fit into this low resolution anymore. Do yourself a favor, and spend a little more to get a camera with a decent processor, 1080p resolution, and an HD camera. I will be returning this and purchasing a Lenovo https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lenovo-ideapad-3-15-15-6-touch-screen-laptop-intel-core-i3-8gb-memory-256gb-ssd-abyss-blue/6449496.p?skuId=6449496 which is only $100 more but has a core i3 processor, 1080p resolution, and a 720p camera

I bought this laptop to replace one that went out on me while travelling. Simple, light-weight, and compact. Not very powerful and won't process my photos in a timely fashion.

Very nice looking laptop. I like the speedy startup and the touch screen...I only wish that it came with the fingerprint reader and it should have come with at least 3 usb ports.

We bought 2 of these for my kids to do schoolwork (elementary and middle school). They are perfect for our needs. The kids are able to watch video and do assignments without issue. They are only used for school, so I can't attest to much heavier usage, ie gaming. But, they are great for the xasual user.

This is a nice laptop that has a comport fir HDMI cables but it keeps freezing up and hard to reboot

Due to the small frame it lacks a side number pad. Other than that it works well for school. It is perfect to get me through to my fast-approaching graduation date.

We wanted a simple, inexpensive laptop for my husband so we purchased this one, he hadn't had any issue with it. He can do what he intended which is look for equipment online.

Pretty decent basic PC. I haven't really pushed its limits, as I mostly just needed it for web browsing and document storage. But it's done great with both of those things.

Harder to set up than I thought it would be: also miss not having a number pad on the right side of the keyboard, now have to use the numbers above the alphabet letters only.

I was looking for a laptop to access email and the internet when I travel. I don't stream or do any gaming. This laptop was perfect for my needs. It has plenty of memory and storage and was very quick even on hotel networks. Setup was pretty much automated and was a breeze.

Get what you pay for, laptop is decent if your doing basic research on web or a word document or two. For sure will be adding an extra ram stick to help
