I had to get a replacement on my laptop - so this is the upgraded vision on my previous laptop. It’s good laptop and HP is a good brand. It was affordable price.

We got this machine on sale. It has the intended purpose of letting my kids get on to their school work online and get that done. It does better than a chrome book.

Its honestly a pretty decent computer nothing special anout it i would just use this for work or updating your electronics battery life is ok pretty legit computer

Computer has operated well until 3 days ago.I purchased June 1st 2021. Have used almost daily. Has spent last two months on same table never carried around after that time. It was playing video, and world of Warcraft classic and tbc classic with no issues. 3 days ago I couldn’t curd the internet any longer, did fresh windows install. Worked for 2 days for web browsing, then today poof. Can’t load and it dies right after it mentions windows repair or something.

So far this computer seems to be working well for us. It was purchased to do minimal office work, typing, etc., and we have not ad any issues yet.

Good for browsing and checking email. Serves it's purpose, I like the Lovono I purchased last year better.

Good overall machine, good price. Bought it for my wife. She needed something small but with some performance.

So far so good. Just started using it. My only problem is, it's taking forever to charge up. Overall I like it and think I made a good choice.

Very pleased with the computer. To date no issues. Was purchased for a graduation gift for soon to be college freshman. Will be an online student and prayerfully there will be no major problems. If there are, purchased the warranty/geek squad support.

This is a great laptop for school, work, etc. great for getting things done photos, transfer photos and information etc. doesn’t really have the best battery life but I can leave it off the charger for days. Overall a great laptop at an affordable price!

Was given the web root program with the laptop but because it is in S-mode, I’m unable to use it or even load it. No big deal though since the S-mode has built-in virus protection. I’m very satisfied with my laptop as well as my experience with Best Buy.

It's a good basic laptop that I ordered for my husband. It meets his needs for Zoom meetings and depos.

Was looking for something inexpensive that would work for virtual learning, as we have been having issues with Apple products. This computer has a good battery, a decent camera, and most importantly runs the necessary programs needed without issues.

I have had this laptop about a month now and it's freezes in the midst of changing from one app to another. The mic does not work most of the time. When I'm having my Zoom or TEAMS meetings the mic will stop working and no one can hear me so I have to switch back to my phone. If this had happened within the 15 day return period I would have returned it to the store.

Great itis better than I expected easy to read and easy to use fast internet response I really like it alot would recommend to anyone

Ho is usually a good laptop, did not need anything to fancy just something to surf the web and write papers and this serves well for my needs

It’s enough for most users, office 365, web browsing, social media, banking, shopping, blog, website business, website building, would not recommend for gaming, purchased 10/03/21 still working as if it was brand new!

Really good computer. There is a slight crackling of sound in the speakers when you turn the sound up. Other than that I like this laptop.
