For basic surfing the web, email, little games it works great. Didnt need nor want to spend a ton of money on one for family room so I did have to use my phone all the time. Not the fastest but for the money can't complain.

Great laptop for HS students. If you add another 8GB of Ram, it becomes a great laptop!

Bought this laptop for an older family member who doesn't need many bells and whistles. The computer is easy to use and easy to set up.

I bought this laptop for just the basics, email and checking sports scores. I also recently did my taxes with it and was surprised how fast and well it worked. So if you are looking for a basic web surfing laptop I would recommend this.

Computer worked fine at first, but after two weeks It constantly freezes at least once per day, while only using Microsoft word and Google chrome. I have not downloaded a single app other than office products or Google chrome. It’s manageable but for $300 I would expect it to be able to handle a basic web browser and a word document

I am well satisfied with my HP laptop. It does everything I expected and more. A great purchase-I highly recommend this unit.

Great timing On the delivery. Did not know they were not going to set up tv. On the website said they qould set it up.

I have high speed internet but was unable to enter a virtual meeting even after shutting it down. Slower than I expected.

This computer is good, gets the job done if your surfing the web and such. Ive been having a bit of issues with microsoft accounts but thats nothing to do with the computer. Good quality picture, sound and feel.

This replaced my relic that was slow and limited. My investigation business will benefit from this lap top. The sales person was very helpful in helping me with just what I needed rather selling me something I don"t need.

This was a gift for a dear friend whose current laptop was on the fritz and it was impeding her ability to work from home. She was ecstatic that myself and a group of friends pooled our money to bless her with such a gift!

Nice laptop. Fast and easy to set up and use. Looked at many options and settled on this one. Only use for surfing the web and emails. Sales person was friendly and helpful as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a laptop.

I will say you just get what you pay for with this product good laptop could be a lot better just a older chip renewed

Great work from home laptop. The only thing I did not enjoy was the trackpad. I would recommend getting a wireless mouse.

Decent laptop for basic office activities. Not powered for gaming but can handle most web-based apps

Overall decent laptop to get some occasional work done. Little bit slow but enough to do basic things.

Pc works very well and battery life is very good. Even with out having Microsoft excell and word the one drive is easily accessed. For the price it’s hard to beat.

The computer works good but store had incorrectly identified storage space as larger than the computer actually had.
