It's not a touch screen laptop but I like using a mouse instead of a touch screen so I am happy with it.

This is a great basic laptop that meets the need to use email and ancestry.com. would recommend this for someone not needing gaming power or a good beginner laptop for a junior high student.

This notebook is a train wreck. The very first time I plugged in the AC Adapter the display went gray, then to block. No k/b combo would offer me my desktop back. The only option I have, and continue to have, is going with a force quit. I’ve tried numerous diagnostics, troubleshooters, changes in the power, and battery option. All result in failure. Every time I switch from battery to AC to displays fails, goes black and the notebook is totally locked up. Best Buy? Please stop selling systems with known power supply issues. This behavior is quite familiar to HP. You took my money, you sold me a lemon. Every time I revert to plugged in power I am shortening the life of this notebook. Thanks so much HP and Best Buy. This issue you both own. I’ll never purchase from a Best Buy again. That is a given..

I absolutely love the product. It has done just about everything that I've had anticipated it to do.

Good product. Not all computers come with RF-45. Add memory and you have a great work computer.

The laptop works as advertised and I cannot knock the quality but I am definitely not a fan of the Chromebook operating system/interface. Think I may load a different operating system on it.

I needed a basic laptop for some courses I am taking on line. I can't believe the value and quality of this laptop. perfect for someone who has not been on laptop in years. perfection!!!!!

Good chose for school and work. I’m able to put my clients work out logs on here and can take them where ever I go. I can school anywhere anytime. Enough space to do everything I need.

Great computer. I bought for basic internet use, but it has proven to be more than I expected.

Good value for the money. Camera quality is not great but not a big deal considering the cost.

Works well. I needed a quick laptop. Got it and it did the basics. Now I need one for designs.
