Awesome price. Suprisingly quick. This is NOT a gaminh laptop. This is for the person that surfs a bit. Pays bills and maybe does some streaming. Battery literally last forever.

Good beginner or basic laptop for browsing, emails and simple video playback. Good speed and size for the price point. Would recommend for anyone who just needs an easy to use laptop.

Need one for school and it fit all my needs, easy to use

Good item loved it while i had it . Only issue was the charger seemed to break little to easy . Just make sure get a spare if you use it day to day

Pirchased this computer for my grandmoyher. Very easy for her to use. She basically play games and bills on it. But overall, it gets the task that she needs done.

I’ve had a great experience with this laptop. Despite it being a small laptop with no 10 keypad, the user experience has been great. The keyboard is a good size and the responsive keys are very nice.

this is a really good laptop for its price. my only issue is i had to make the fonts bigger and bolder bevy the color isn’t as dyanamic .

For $250 you cannot buy a better laptop. There are some nice Chromebooks for that money but they will not have the same capabilities. I purchased this as a cheap work laptop and have been impressed with its speed and reliability for cost.

Gets the jobs done, and has frozen up occasionally when I'm playing Sims 3 thru my Origin app but works great. My only true complaint is that the brightness is DARK. I wish it could go 5-10 levels brighter. I have to sit a little far back from the screen to get a clear image. I'm used to a Macbook so I can't complain too much for $300

HP always reliable brand for computers and other electronics. Nice laptop for general use. Because of our positive experiences with other HP laptops and printers, we will continue to purchase HP products.

The HP is light easy to use but have had some start up issues but hoping BEST BUY will take of it.

Good lightweight laptop for reasonable price. Not much memory but will run Office 365 documents and internet at same time. Needed an ethernet port for confidential work, so that meant a trade-off somewhere. Runs Windows in S mode really well, but you have to take it out of S mode to run Chrome or Safari. Not sure if that creates an issue as I have to use Microsoft products for job. Good buy for a student or basic home use if everything is cloud based.

For its price range it's a great performer. The Athlon is snappy and the 4g memory sufficient for MS Office. The 128gb SSD has enough room for windows and decent set of business files. It can be supplemented with a USB drive but my wife hasn't needed that yet. The screen isn't as sharp as a 1080p but is ok as my wife prefers large characters anyways.

Bought one of these laptops for myself and it was so good that I bought two more for my teenagers. We love this laptop. It's also very affordable and can play games like Fortnite.

So far so good. Computer is fast for what I need it for and it makes life easier for me. Great size to carry around and big enough screen to handle my work tasks.

Great pc for just simple things like planning or running a business or school.

The sales person who helped me, and I, found the right product for me. It is very compact and lightweight. It serves my every need and comfortable to carry in my bag. Johnathan, over in the Geek Squad Dept. was VERY patient, helpful, and easy to work with. He has helped me with old and new pc's several times and I always come away happy when working with him. HooRah for Best Buy.

Faster than I expected for the price, however the screen is extremely brittle.
