The slippers are exactly what was advertised. They are so comfortable. And it was very easy to pick up my order at the store.

Great laptop for my daily work in uploading my collection of music to download music to my flash drive to listen in my suv.

Really bought this laptop solely to download a program for my sound system. Have since used it for work and random things. It’s not terribly fast but not slow, but I don’t think it would stand up to heavy use.

Best bang for your buck for an entry level laptop. Easy to upgrade too. I’ve added a 1tb ssd and 16gb of ram

Great since the chrombook from schools suck my nephew gets his school work done so much quicker and also gets to use windows

From a hardware standpoint I love this laptop. From a operating system standpoint I can't stand this laptop. Window S mode, they say is streamlined for security and performance but it makes it impossible to download any apps that are not available in the Microsoft Store. Have a Gmail account, forget about it. Want to install a remote desktop like TeamViewer or AnyDesk, nope. I tried to follow instruction switch out of S mode but in the end I had to have an IT person help me. Good computer for $300 if you can fight through the hassle.

I exchanged a Chrome Book that I just purchased to this labtop 14". So far, much, much better than the Chrome book.
