I have purchased three of these laptops for my employees who operate on a single web-based program. They are lightweight, easy to use and perfect for our operation. I will say that they do run a little slow from time to time, but for the price I can not complain too much. I would not recommend this laptop to someone who needs to run multiple programs or someone who wants to stream content.

If you want an affordable laptop, this is the laptop to purchase. I was very pleased with the speed of this laptop considering that it wasn't that expensive. It does what I need it to do. This laptop is also lightweight in comparision with my previous laptop. It comes with SSD 128 GB which is way much better than a regular hard drive. Also, the WIFI speed and connection was very good. If you decide to purchase this laptop, make sure you turn off the Windows S mode. There are many articles out there that tells you how to easily turn this mode off.

I've only ever owned at least one other laptop before this one, and it was a very cheap Chromebook. After owning it for over 4 years, I thought it was time for an upgrade, which is why I bought this HP laptop. The laptop has somewhat complex UI, but its also great for people who need to get reports or essays typed without having certain limitations upon them. For comparison, my 4 year old Chromebook couldn't even properly unzip a special type of file, as for the HP laptop running on Windows 10, it was very seamless to do with no issues. For the price that it's at, this laptop is a perfect starter for people who don't own a laptop. Whether you use it for school or for work, you're definitely getting your money's worth.

Good product at a reasonable price. I've had no problems setting it up and using it since delivery. Delivery was prompt. Only problem is that it was advertised as Windows 11 S operating system and it is actually a Windows 10 S. It is set up to convert to a Windows 11 as soon as it becomes available for this model.

I like the computer it’s self an for the price it is probably one of the best options an I have not had a single problem with it. Wish I would have bought a more powerful PC for what I wanted to do but for an everyday use the computer screen is very bright an vibrant an very responsive. I love the computer for a daily use

I really like this laptop. The setup was very easy and straightforward. Hopefully, the operating system is just as easy to use and maintain, but it is Windows. I do think this is a superior laptop compared to others recently purchased for its speed. It connects to the internet fast and seems very reliable, light-weight and comes with a bright screen. I purchased three of these and can honestly say I am pleased. I would definitely buy it again. You get a very good laptop for a good purchase price.

I purchased and set up this computer for an employee who needs to spend more time working from home due to an illness in the family. This computer was very easy to set up. One related issue, however, is that not all USB 2 peripherals work properly with with USB 3 (this is not a problem with the computer). I found a solution on line which was to buy a USB 2 hub or splitter - this solved the problem. Computer sellers may want to recommend the purchase of a hub to use with computers with USB 3 ports.

fine little laptop, lightweight and up to all the basics for day to day activities. I actually returned it because I needed something more powerful I could run Protools and editing software on. I hated returning it, if I had the funds I would have kept this for running around with. I work in the film industry and this would have been perfect for use on set, communicating with production, keeping track of schedules, hours, orders and steaming in the down time.

Customer service people were very helpful in directing me to exactly what I needed. I told them I could no longer use the library computers because the library limits you to one hour a day, so I needed a small laptop I could use in my car while connected to public WiFi. They suggested the 14 inch student model, I asked them to load Microsoft Office on it so I could insert my flash drive and use it like the library computer while connected to public WiFi. I also bought a mouse. They made sure I knew how to use the model before I walked out the door. They even loaded a few fun apps on it. This was a big help to me.

I bought a new Dell Laptop 5 months ago and the motherboard was bad. Instead of giving me a new one, they sent it out to fix and it will take 6 to 8 weeks to get it back. Does that sound like a good deal for me? I don’t think so. Best Buy should’ve immediately replaced my laptop with a new one.

MyClearView This little Laptop is very snappy. For the price, anyone with realistic expectations will be happy with the purchase. This is a good device for, Productivity: (Writing a book, school work, Bill tracking, light photo/photography) Entertainment: (Very light gaming, movies, audio) *Things to keep in mind This Laptop comes with Windows 10 S Mode, which means only programs from the windows App store will run on this computer. However it's simple and free to convert the Windows 10 S mode to a full copy of of Windows 10 Home edition, once its been converted you can run any software you want. Extra Thought: this laptop runs a SSD which has no moving parts. If your into voice over work this laptop will run quiet for a longer time before the fan kicks in. I ended up returning this laptop but not due to any thing negative, I needed a laptop with a bit more power, so again a great purchase for anyone with realistic expectations, for the price and Specs. Giving 3 stars Meaning Average
