    Not enough instructions with it. Very hard if not impossible to zoom. It was supposed to have webroot in it. So far, nothing. Going to call Geek squad.

    Bought this for my husband because his Dell laptop 'died' suddenly. The problem is that almost immediately it started freezing, intermittently, while he was on the internet. Bought this from Best Buy on March 18th, but can't return it because they aren't allowing returns after April 2nd. Ugghhh!
