Not the fastest even on simple browser, even when just typing it lags. I didn’t expect super fast or efficient but didn’t expect it to be this slow. Needed it for simple basic purpose. Asked a rep to assist in selecting one that would get the job done. So far, not happy with this purchase.

Keeps locking up....may be its microsoft ....I can't get anyone from HP to answer me about the problem...Best Buy wants me to make an appointment ......very disappointed in this product....I've owned HP products and had been very satisfied

Very disappointed with this laptop. Despite the great size, weight and easy to read keyboard, there was one very serious problem, that being that when it each about 35% remaining battery charge, it would freeze and it would take about an hour to unfreeze. I returned it after about a week.

The laptop is not a good one,always freezing and heating up so bad, zoom video will always go blank,may be is refurbished I wouldn’t know but overall is the worst nightmare l have heard had using a laptop .Returned it and got another type

Do not buy. I bought this computer as my work from home computer. This cpu is so slow and I have been in the middle of 5 conference calls and my whole system locks up and freezes. I tried to return this trash but they would not accept it

Don’t buy this. There’s input delay, and it would freeze constantly. Struggles to manage keeping even two tabs open in the internet browser.

For no reason it freezes, and need to wait until battery is almost empty to re-start, don't buy this. And unfortunately this happens quite often, 1 or 2 times during working hours.

Less than one star. Very terrible laptop. This is wickness! I think they knew it was bad and sold it as open box. Always freezing in the middle of important work. So disappointed!

As far as I can tell, the computer per se is very nice, but I can't use it enough to really be sure. You see, the "safe mode" referred to in the product description means Windows won't let me use any software that doesn't come from the Microsoft app store, and the Microsoft app store will not load. It offers me the option of reporting that and the screen for that won't load, either. This means Windows is preventing me from running antivirus software, downloading Firefox, and using any of the third-party software I rely on. If the item description had been clear about what safe mode means, I would not have bought this item.

Tried to return after a few weeks to get a desktop with similar specs and was told "the keys stick" by best buy employees. The keys are either garbage quality or best buy is run by crooks. Take your pick.

I have had computers at every place I have worked and when I retired, I had laptops, This is the worst computer I have had ever.. Microsoft interfers with everything I try to do. When I open the computer, I get ads and a list of things from Microsoft that supposedly I should get even though I went to Geek Squad to down load what I needed. When I try to delete something, there is no way to do it. I close a document that I want to delete and it keeps coming back. I will keep it a year because I cannot afford another one. It is a microsoft computer discuised as a Hulet Packard.
