It's either locking up or losing wifi, sometimes both. I've run the diagnostics, etc but still no improvement. I think I'll go back to my old Dell which had the same software, search engine, etc with no real problems. Hmm. Maybe it's smarter than I think. I lost wifi when I was trying to submit this review.

HP Support has checked it out and they say all the hardware is working properly. They recommend I pay for a support service they offer. I don't know why I have to pay to have a brand new laptop work the way it should out of the box. Very disappointed with this laptop and would not recommend this to anyone. I have had numerous laptop and desktops over the years and never have experienced something like this.

Broken after 1 hour

Complete junk

Returned it after 1 day. kept freezing up and took 15 minutes to unfreeze. Slowest processing. Every action you wait and wait for it to load up. Such a waste of time you spend more time waiting for it to load than working on it. Very frustrating laptop. Tried to get away cheap, but this is complete junk and waste of money.

I give up. Don't shop at best buy they peddle crap.

Out of the box purchase gone bad

It did not work from the time I turned it on. It may be a nice laptop from the specifications, but I never got the chance to make that determination. At this point I am not a fan for purchasing out of the box going forward for laptops.

Unstable laptop

I bought it because it was light-weight and inexpensive. I even upgraded the RAM to 8 gigs and it still crashes or blue screens me. I have always recommended HP computers to other, but now I am hesitant.
