I bought it as an open box and the product turned out to be very good.

MyClearView This little Laptop is very snappy. For the price, anyone with realistic expectations will be happy with the purchase. This is a good device for, Productivity: (Writing a book, school work, Bill tracking, light photo/photography) Entertainment: (Very light gaming, movies, audio) *Things to keep in mind This Laptop comes with Windows 10 S Mode, which means only programs from the windows App store will run on this computer. However it's simple and free to convert the Windows 10 S mode to a full copy of of Windows 10 Home edition, once its been converted you can run any software you want. Extra Thought: this laptop runs a SSD which has no moving parts. If your into voice over work this laptop will run quiet for a longer time before the fan kicks in. I ended up returning this laptop but not due to any thing negative, I needed a laptop with a bit more power, so again a great purchase for anyone with realistic expectations, for the price and Specs. Giving 3 stars Meaning Average

It’s a decent laptop with a decent price tag. I like it. Had to take away a star though.. It has frozen up quite a few times. I have to hold down the power button to shut it off and restart it. I use this laptop for Netflix and Sims 4. Other than that, it runs good.

Set up was easy, helped by on-line assistant the automatically boots up. This laptop is fine for our needs which include email, social media, and on-line research. Processing speed seems adequate, and the screen is large enough. Battery charge life is good. Overall very nice.

This paptop PC is a very good compromise between reasonable price and reasonable performance.

For a 2c/2t processor and 4gb of ram, I am quite impressed. But, to be on the dafe side, I ended up buying another 4gb of ram (ddr4) and ended up adding a 512gb ssd for a secondary storage (I didn'treally need to for what I planned on using it for). You will need to buy a 10 pin ssd/hdd connector ($8-$22 item w/ or w/o a caddy). Of course, it will require you to remove the bottom panel, which wasn't that hard to do.

As close a match to my former HP laptops as I could get with the two thumb bars on the mouse pad. Win. 10 is what technology has gone to so must live with it best as I can. I miss having MS Office ON the laptop; I don't think I'm in a hurry to use s/w kept in the Cloud. Nice & lightweight. Got this one as a back-up to the identical one I bought last summer.
