    Set up was easy, helped by on-line assistant the automatically boots up. This laptop is fine for our needs which include email, social media, and on-line research. Processing speed seems adequate, and the screen is large enough. Battery charge life is good. Overall very nice.

    For a 2c/2t processor and 4gb of ram, I am quite impressed. But, to be on the dafe side, I ended up buying another 4gb of ram (ddr4) and ended up adding a 512gb ssd for a secondary storage (I didn'treally need to for what I planned on using it for). You will need to buy a 10 pin ssd/hdd connector ($8-$22 item w/ or w/o a caddy). Of course, it will require you to remove the bottom panel, which wasn't that hard to do.

    As close a match to my former HP laptops as I could get with the two thumb bars on the mouse pad. Win. 10 is what technology has gone to so must live with it best as I can. I miss having MS Office ON the laptop; I don't think I'm in a hurry to use s/w kept in the Cloud. Nice & lightweight. Got this one as a back-up to the identical one I bought last summer.
