Worst purchase ever

Even though it runs on a SSD, it's slow due to the 4GB ram. Always have 8GB ram or more in a desktop or laptop or it's going to be slow. Worst purchase ever. I will never ever buy a 4GB ram computer ever again.

I returned it and never looked back, I’m embarrassed I even owned such a useless piece of crud.

I have had 15 year old laptops that were faster, so I really thought in 2021 you could buy a computer that didnt lock up constantly....I guess not.

The pages kept going black and the cursor kept locking up and all you could do is shut it off and turn it back on. this happened once every hour. This is not recommended.
