I am disappointed in this purchase. I badly needed a laptop for school, so I saved up and asked my uncle to purchase this laptop for me and repaid him when he came to visit on March 26, 2021 in the Caribbean. About two (2) days after purchase I realized that the screen voluntarily goes dark on its own, and wont return unless shutdown and restart the device. I thought it was screen saving function that was faulty. It was upon the basis of this constant reoccurrence that I figured something more maybe wrong, so again I thought that it must be that it needs to be updated: but all apps and programs were already updated. Another issue is the audio sometimes have this stammering effect while play live or downloaded videos- this is very annoying- and I am properly frustrated to know I chose the wrong brand. I would be in the middle of trying to complete an assignment and it shuts down, I just never know when it will go- I have no confidence in this product and that is not the type of shopper I am. I googled a short while ago, and it made reference a faulty video cable; as being the major culprit. I mean this is a new device, how is this happening? My major concern is that I can't return this device because my uncle has already departed from the Island. Truly saddened, my confidence in brand and company is at an all time low. i can't continue to use this faulty device- It's not fair.

Great laptop for the cost. Durable case and good for surfing the internet.

A good little computer for somebody needing a PC for school.

I have enjoyed my laptop but am not happy with the 365 program it has too much control if the computer.

this computer was simple to use and set up.Its a little smaller but great size for a smaller desk.

the laptop fan gets loud even when browsing the web. On top of that the webcam is very poor quality. Best Buy should have more budget laptops at their store because this was the only one i could find, and I hate it.

terrible experience. Changed it twice and still has malfunction. And Best Buy wont let me return due to being 2 days after the 15 days return period

save your $$ this is ancient technology much new tech for $200 more
