Excellent laptop for the right price. Light, fast, and it's HP!

I am not a gamer snd i do not use the laptop for business. I use this laptop for internet access, store photos, create basic documents, attend net meetings and read about events. For my purposes the laptop is excellent. If you are needing something more, then you will need to pay for something more. It does what i need when i need it to without any issues.

Purchased both a windows and a Mac laptop. Mac looked basically what I was used to but the windows (omg) how it had changed. Almost took it back for refund but decided to just get used to it. My last one was old, by computer standards but the item itself worked great at a good price. Like a car, you can spend as much or as little as you want purchasing one.

So far, so good - once I switched out of "S" mode for Windows 10. Tried hard to find a laptop without it with no success. Removed anything else I could. Everything running smoothly to date. A good option for the money.

Too soon for an in-depth review, but I am more than satisfied so far. It performs as advertised, which is a plus. For my home use, it is ideal. For traveling, it fits my needs, as well. HP, so you can't really go wrong.

This laptop is nothing fancy, but it does everything you need a laptop to do. I bought it for my husband so he can attend meetings and trainings online. It is easy to use and has a good picture and sound.

Loved this laptop. Was a great workhorse for my projects.

Good product for the price. Simple and solid and does everything we needed for a price we could easily afford. I only wish it included an optical drive (which I purchased an external drive already).

Easy to use, so far has performed well for what I needed it for. Only problem is I have an extra administrator that I can not seem to delete . Haven’t tried to hard to work on the issue yet. Wish me luck.

Best Buy once again made my shopping for a tablet easier. Christian made my tablet easier. He was polite and attentive to my needs. At 68, I sometimes find young people somewhat impatient with me. Their sales style is dictated by how many times they can look at their phones WHILE I AM STANDING THERE. This was not the case with Christian. Why are salespeople allowed to work with their personal phone in one hand and me asking questions? This is a strong example of no professional skills. Christian had his phone and I ONLY had to question him once, and he put it down. The salesperson in another department who helped me purchase my Fitbit Versa 3 was excellent .

Very satisfied, for college student. It's very fast and you can have multiple tabs open with no problem. Hp computers are budget friendly and the ink for there computers is too.

It's ok for a basic laptop. Nothing special. Does the minimum required for a cheap laptop. The screen is kinda difficult to see. It's not very bright or clear but ok. I bought this laptop because I needed one. Considering I have minimal use for them, I use them until they die. This was a very cheap replacement so I got it.. the screen is so limited (visually) that I may be looking to upgrade sooner than later. Time will tell. Overall, it's not a terrible basic laptop. If you're looking to do basic and minor things, this will do. Anything more advanced and you'll be disappointed.

Bought laptop about 4 years ago havent had no issues

I like this basic HP laptop, I was looking for something easy to use and It suits my needs perfectly! The first one was a lemon and Best Buy replaced it with no question or problem.

The laptop performs well and general use for everything.

GREAT and affordable laptop. I bought to keep track of some customer accounts and it works great for that and browsing the web. Its not a super powerful laptop, but its a great deal for the price.

Bought this for my 16 year old after his Chrome Book took a dive a year and 3 months after purchase. Since I already have 4 HP laptops, I bought the smaller version of mine and it works for him. Its light, 14 in screen and its fast enough for whatever he uses it for. A great buy for this little guy.
