works great even for an open box, I use it for my CNC machine

This is a great affordable laptop. I originally went in looking for a Chromebook. The athlon processor is plenty powerful enough for what I use it for. It's not a powerhouse but it plays the steam games I like just fine. once windows 11 comes and android apps are supported it will easily a Chromebook.

For the price this product is fast. I would recommend to anyone interested but I also want you know that before buying it please do your research.

Needed a Win10 PC but didn't want to spend a lot since Win 11 was being released soon. I bought this open box and had it for about 2 weeks befire setting up. Well the day i set it up it crashed. I couldnt return it because it was outside the 14 day return window. Ive had ir now a few months and every time I'm on the internet it freezes and i have to shut it down to restart. I dont have anything installed on it but Chrome and Edge. Will be up updating to Win11 soon which I hope will fix the freezing problem.

Overall I believe this is a great computer. It does exactly what I need for it to do. It was bought to all the kiddo to play his games and do his schoolwork with and it is perfect for that.

I went into the store looking for an inexpensive, simple and easy to use, yet fast and efficient laptop. The associate lead me through a few options and this laptop ended up being my choice because of the speed and storage. The laptop has met up to my needs and also has great battery life for a PC.

I had my HP_14" laptop awhile now, and I love it. It was easy to set up, any assistance I needed help with was right at my finger tips. I would refer my family and friends to best buy and the produces they sell. I am a return customer at the Hyannis store.

Much faster than old laptop at about the same price. This laptop has enough storage space for needs. Most laptops in the lower price range have such small hard drives. You don't have enough room for the Windows upgrade. It is a quick computer. Comes with plenty of ram. A great laptop at a lower price.

I bought this computer to use at school. It was so easy to get 100% set up and ready to roll. Fast in moving through applications. The battery will last 7-8 hours depending on if you are using the internet or downloading large files. Computer is compact and has a solid state hard drive.

I was in a panic to buy a new laptop after my personal one died because of an old battery. This HP was a perfect choice for me, then a senior in college in my last semester, student teaching full time. I was able to set it up with ease and get back to my schedule, being on the laptop 8 hours straight.

Bought this for my parents to use when traveling in their camper. Has windows 10 S version which can be turned off to just have w10 home edition. The S version is a safe mode to only install apps from the Microsoft store. Stock ram on the unit is a 4gb 2666 single channel stick of ddr4 memory. Quick amazon search and you can upgrade that to 26gb for around 68 dollars. Also has a spot to add an ssd to make the 126 gb of storage go to what ever ypur wallet can afford. Great entry laptop.

Laptop works great. Easy to use and easy to carry if needed. HP is a well-known company and has provided great help when I added my original printer. Best Buy has very professional salespeople and the best Geek Squad I have ever used. I am totally happy with my purchase.

Purchased for work at home (i needed the ethernet jack which this one comes with) due to my old HP ethernet not keeping a connection. I really haven't did much with this 14 in laptop other than work. Great ethernet connection and good quality on watching 4K vids on youtube. I have a MacBook Pro 2020 edition that of course this doesn't compare to but i am happy to have this one now to have when i am not using the Mac. The keyboard on this one is solid also. I wish this had the number pad on the side like my old 15.6 in HP but i realize this one is smaller so it wouldn't be much space for that. Pleased with this affordable HP for work and as a backup laptop.

This is a great little laptop for the price. Starts up fast. Screen is crisp and bright. I would have given it five stars except with microsoft home s,you can only use microsoft apps. And search. Microsoft has the worst apps. And if you disable s,you can't go back.

Great laptop for school. I puchased to take an exam on it. This is great for anyone who doesn’t want to break the bank it has your necessities. Battery life is terrible unless you keep it connected while working than you won’t have an issue with that.

This is a pretty good computer for the price I paid. The only complaint I have is the Microsoft Edge browser but that’s an easy fix to bypass it and use another browser.

laptop is good faster then my old dell. I do not use a computer very much so this is just right for me, small lightweight and the price was in my range

I love this computer! I went from a 15 in 8gb to a 14in 4gb. I was playing a casino game and spending way too much money, This 4gb freezes up when I play that game. I quit the game and am so happy I did. My bank account looks much better! Gotta do what you gotta do!

So far a great little machine. Light weight, speedy and just what we needed in a 2nd inexpensive laptop. We can take it on the road, to the in-laws or on vacation instead of the bigger 17 inch HP we own. Great machine for quick online activity or remote learning for the kids.

Very solid computer for my grandfather. He uses it for zoom and it does the job right. The camera does have a white tint on it. Overall very solid for price
