Open box discount and never used. Although I wouldn't normally choose best buy due to your prices but under the circumstances I satisfied with my purchase

This little guy packs a lot for a very affordable price. Speed and memory stacks up against some similar laptops that are more expensive.

I bought this for my wife. She has had no issues with the computer at all. It works great. The price and customer service at Best Buy was great. The person who helped us was knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this computer.

It was working well until the left clicker on the mouse went out after 10 months

I needed a simple laptop for my son with special needs. This was a great buy and has worked very well so far. Cudos to the wonderful salesperson who didn't try to upsell me. Very knowledgeable and able to tell me how to set it up myself.

Employee that sold us the computer was great. Was attentive and listened to what I was looking for and I like what he sold me. Your geek squad helped me with a problem I had a couple days later, he didn't do any paperwork or anything, just clicked like 2 buttons, however, he could probably benefit from a better attitude, if I knew where he could get one I would certainly help him pick out a new one. Not polite at all barely spoke with me and when finished slide the computer across the counter to me and walked away.

So far I love my new laptop. It has a great design and is so easy to setup and use. I mainly use for internet browsing / shopping as I have a business laptop for work. This keyboard is nice and sleek and the laptop is light in weight.

Just perfect for what I was looking for. I wasn’t expecting much, since it was so affordable. But it is so quick. I only needed it for WebEx meetings and it is perfect. The battery last longer than I imagined and charges super quick.

It's a very nice computer. Nice weight, a good size screen, good size hard drive. Very easy to set up. This is a good system for some by just starting out with a computer. Due to the easy of its usage and easy access to do stuff.

So far it has been a good small laptop and great for what I wanted it for as it is light and can easy to carry and easy to use.

Bought for my aunt. I originally bought an iPad and she didn’t like all the requests for Apple ID sign in over and over so I swapped the iPad and got her a tablet AND the laptop for the same price. She was very happy.

I wasn’t to impressed. From the moment I turned it on it ran slow. Freezing periodically for a short period of time. I had it completely lock up to the point where it was frozen for 3 hours before it would respond to anything. I’ve since returned it

I bought this laptop to do minimal office functions and it has been working well for my needs. I recommend it as an affordable option for minimal business transactions or even as a school computer for a young adult.

Great laptop for the price. There is enough storage space for a user that doesn't have everything electronical.

Wanted small lap top has great pictures love it lightweight and easy to operate

We purchased a laptop but BB did not have the one we wanted so we had to purchase a more expensive one in order to get one that day. It seems always when a store does not have a product, the only option a customer has is to buy something more expensive. That certainly gets old after awhile and NEVER leaves a customer feeling positive about the store or purchase. Unfortunately , BB is no different.

I bought this laptop for my wife to replace an aged laptop. The laptop was easy to setup and has been perfect for her needs. It is lightweight and has a good battery life. No issues so far.

I am very happy with my new HP-14 Laptop. It is much faster and easier to use than my old one. Also, the people that helped me, especially Gabe and also Mark and Jennifer were very helpful.

Does the job for a very reasonable price. I use it for music, writing and surfing the web. A good little laptop.
