It doesn’t receive high quality WiFi that well

But overall for this price is a great first laptop for beginners.

Return problems

After I finished dropping it off they said I would be getting an email of the receipt and when I went to look at it it was just a review link. Tried to call and after going through all the options to get to actually talk to someone it eventually hung up on me.

Great Low cost Simple Computer

I do not have significant requirements - mostly needed a device to run Microsoft suite programs and light internet requirements. I do not game or anything of that sort. It is thus far perfect for the above noted usages. It very well may have additional capabilities, but I am not likely to be using it for things such as gaming so I cannot speak to its capabilities on that front.

It seems to be perfect for the intention I have. I'm still getting acquainted with the differences from the desk computer I have which, by the way, is also an HP. My fingers keep sliding on the scroll pad when I'm typing, which irritates me (the reason for the fair on ease of use).
