Great entry level laptop for a child

Powers a 2nd monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse, runs zoom and school technology without issue. When he’s done, effortlessly runs web browsing and roblox. He loves it, and with Windows 10 I can control what, when and for how long - I love it.

Good laptop for the price

Sound has some crackling at first but left the more I used it which is why I gave it a 3 and sometimes the screen goes black for 1 second out of nowhere. good for school and watching videos but not much else

Not a great quality computer

The device itself I do not think is of great quality. I had problems with the speakers only a month after purchasing. I also had issues with it freezing and screens disappearing within 2 months of purchasing. It has been 6 months now and I still have these same issues but it comes and goes. Lastly, the laptop mouse touchpad button is broken/slanted/doesn't work properly. This happened only a few months after purchasing the laptop as well. As I said above; the device and hardware just do not seem to be of great quality. If I did not need a laptop so urgently at the time and did not have to use it every day for work then I would have returned it.

Great simple laptop! All you need!

I don’t do gaming, videos, antisocial networking or anything like that. So this laptop is perfect in every way, and the ram is fine like it is. You don’t need more. Also the 128 GB Drive is more than I’ll ever use. In summary, it’s exactly what I was looking for at a great price.
