My wife is a teacher and needed a laptop for video teaching her class during this corona virus pandemic. This laptop was able to accomplish all her needs. We added a wireless mouse and 8 extra gigs of ram. The laptop works flawlessly and she is extremely happy!!!

I got this laptop for my dad to replace an old desktop. I was very pleasantly surprised how responsive and well the laptop ran. I don't know how it would do for gaming but for everyday use it was really great. I have bought cheaper laptops before and had them barely work. That definitely was not the case for this one.

It has good graphics, nice start up speed and decent sound. Its easy to use and hold. Its perfect for college people or young adults. It is difficult though to get a usb to fit into one of the ports as they are 3.0 ports instead of the standard 2.0. I would buy this product again.

I bought this laptop for my granddaughter, since she will be attending school virtually for the foreseeable future. I love HP products -- and this small laptop is perfect for her needs! The online purchase was a breeze -- and delivery was incredibly fast! I also purchased all of the Geek Squad protection plans, which I love!

Great laptop purchased on a budget. Laptop has everything you need large hard drive and other apps. The only complaint I would have but not a deal breaker would be the webcam, it works fine but is a bit grainy if not in a well lit area. But overall great laptop at a great price.

Worked well for doing school work at home. No number key pad on the side so, not sure if it would be efficient for working from home since a lot of people use the number pad. We got an external keyboard and mouse since the mouse pad is a little more time consuming to use. Simple to set up and functions seemed to work quickly.

I recently bought this HP laptop for my daughter’s school work and was surprised by how quickly it booted up with SSD. It booted into Win 10 operating system faster then her old laptop with IDE drive. My only wish was that it had larger capacity SSD than 128 GB. Thanks.

It's a great transition laptop for my mom. I loaded on the various "on-line" meeting applications and then sent it to her. She and I have had 'meetings' on all the different applications. Now she can be connected to her book group, her nieces and nephews and other friends. Nice, easy transition from her desktop computer.
