Like the size, the look, the price, the speed of this small laptop. Do NOT like the fact the last five times I have turned it on within 10 minutes it completely freezes up. Completely. No response to anything. Totally frozen. Have to force it off. Now I need fo look up warranty info on it because it is pretty worthless if it keeps this up. Less than 30 days since I received it.

I got this laptop for my daughter transitioning from elementary to middle school. With distance learning being the new normal, she was able to end the year being about to zoom and navigate Microsoft. It’s a perfect starter computer that light enough for her to carry around. Great starter laptop

I bought this as an extra for my family during this trying time. We did add another 4 gigabytes ram to increase speed. Don’t know if it was slow to start. We have had no problems and it’s even decent enough for a 16 year old “gamer” to play games on! Also, works well for Google Classroom!

I bought this for my best friend who does not use laptops, but it's been trying to use one and learn how to use one, and this was perfect for his use, which was just for emailing in music and sending stuff to a printer great for that

This laptop suits me well. I mainly use it as a writing outlet and to watch shows online. It is a little slow but I think it gives it character. You get what you pay for and I am not disappointed.

This computer is nothing fancy, but it fits our needs perfectly. Setup was easy and seems to be working just fine. I was looking for a newer model to do basic things on the computer and this fits the bill for a reasonable price.

I have had this laptop for just over a year now. I bought it at the beginning of the pandemic so my kids could do virtual school. It served it's purpose, and is now my school laptop. It runs great and I have not had a single issue with it over the last year.

It has a good amount of memory. Starts up fast. I don't like how far back the keys are from the front. I have small hands and short arms so it makes typing difficult. Other than that it's a good machine so far. I've only have had it for a month.

Bought this for my wife when she started working from home. Added an additional 8 GB (12 GB total) of memory and now it flies. No problem multitasking and doing Zoom calls, Facebook Live, or other events. Camera is okay, so you may want a separate webcam if you need a higher definition.

Freezes during zoom meetings even with nothing else running, it seemed to hold up well during them until someone started screen sharing. I literally have nothing installed but the sims 4 and chrome, which seems to make this heat up even when playing 32-bit. Came in windows s mode even though I read otherwise before buying; I disabled it so I guess it isn’t a huge deal but it was misleading. Got it on sale for $280. Definitely not worth full price. Needed it for school and it does what I need I guess so I’ll keep it.

It's your basic simply computer. Its efficient, has a clear screen that photos look well on. Customer service was the nightmare of this purchase. It's reasons like this that we will not be purchasing anything further from the company.

I love this little laptop but screen has shorted out already. Appears a wire.may be loose where it ipens and closes. Have to apply pressure to bottom of screen to get ot to come on.

My siblings and I bought this for Mother's Day. It is a basic laptop, no touch screen, and a bit slow for my taste however my mom really likes it! I am considering upgrading the RAM to make it faster but am happy with our purchase.

no problems with laptop. battery last pretty long. I only wish the keyboard had backlight but I knew it didn't when I purchased it...didn't realize how important that might be.

Great little computer. Bought for homeschooling use and it serves its purpose well. This is the type of laptop you'd want if browsing email, web and watching YouTube etc. is what you do most. Not enough room for games and slows things down if they are installed.

Was originally going to buy a better laptop for less money but was out of stock when showed up at Best Buy store (even though I had ordered it online). Settled for this model when it went on sale several weeks later. It's fine for word processing. It can prove touchy when trying to resize windows in certain applications. Wifi connection is "so-so". It's an OK laptop but was hoping for something of better quality for the price.

This computer is very good for light task But then after a while you get to notice its limitations, I’m pretty sure if you look harder you can find something better for the same price. Go in the WebCam is not a good

I didn’t pay attention to the memory in the laptop. Transferred my old computer and it was full before I finished and I had to purchase an external hard drive. Disappointed.

I am not the most technologically advanced person, so I am not sure if this laptop does a bunch of amazing things. But I do know that this laptop works great for all of my college work. I am happy with my purchase.
