I am enjoying the computer. It allows me to complete the household things I need. Although, I had to purchase the Microsoft package separately, it was still a great buy for the money!

This product is awesome in my opinion. Excellent start up and power down and runs smoothly. I love the sound and clarity, the price was really terrific, nothing negative to say so far.

It's ok. It's not what I wanted. I gave the laptop to my son for school. I'll just keep looking for the one I want. That's a reasonable price as well.

Very good laptop. Came in great condition with all of the extras quickly. The battery seems to drain fast though but that’s the only downside about it.

I’ve owned it for about 3 weeks now. Need it for a college course, e-mail, paying bills, etc. Nothing fancy. But I suspect it can do much more. Later I will check for Netflix and such.

My daughter loves her computer. She uses it for her remote classes and it’s helping with getting her home work done and submitted on time. She uses it for zoom and the webcam is awesome.

good computer, it works well and runs faster than my old laptop, I thought the screen was larger ( I did pay attention to the inches LOL) but I love it . so far I have no problem.

My 12 year old daughter mainly uses it for school. It has been easy to navigate and she enjoys using it.

Not being able to shop in person I depended on the website and customer reviews before making my purchase. So far I am totally satisfied. Best Buy provides support via internet.

I received this computer last month & has been using it for a while. I haven’t notice anything wrong with it. I feel like it’s a good computer.

I bought 4 of these for a client who was doing a project and needed laptops for some caseworkers to work on. Size is great, very light, nice screen. Reason for the 3 is that at idle, 79% of the memory is in use. Also at times, cpu tops out and it gets very slow. OneDrive makes this laptop practically freeze on boot. For someone who want to use basic programs, web surf, email, it's nice. But I don't recommend if you're wanting to multitask.

I bought this for my wife as a work computer. It does what it needs to do. Not a gaming computer if that's what you're looking for.

Purchased for my in-laws to provide a usable modern PC for their routine / general personal computer needs. Great value laptop for general productivity and internet surfing.

It's my first laptop, I love it it was easy to learn it was very helpful with my two teenage children school work.They know a lot more about it than I do so their helping me.
