Touchpad didn't work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This laptop looks great on paper, but the touchpad didn't work right out of the box so I couldn't even get it started. I tried to use the HP customer service but only got virtual help that assumed I could already access the control panel, so I returned it. Unfortunately, this was the second HP 14" laptop with the same experience of the touchpad not working right out of the box, so I took that back too! Now I a third one hoping third time's a charm because they look so good on paper.

My wifi connection suddenly lost . I got help from my friend and did the device manage. We found the problem. I called HP support. I though they will up date or correct some soft wear, but they didn't do anything , just ask me delete the item which I told them and charge $49.99, also ask me buy monthly mantenance fee. I really disappoint for it. I brought Dell laptop over 10 years and without any issues. I don't know how this laptop lost my wifi and I couldn't find. I have to pay money to get my internet connection back. This is very upset, They only want money but not good service. I don't recommend to other people to but this one.
