The computer is nice and small, I like that about it, however it does not have a DVD player, it only has 2 usb ports. Now, I do understand that it is small, but the storage on it is pretty much nothing,

I think that I got a defective product. I"m not saying that this particular model is defective, just this specific one. I'll focus on it's inability to start. It doesn't just start right up, it always takes quite a long while before it actually starts. I was told I need to perform a Power Drain. Not just once, but constantly. I'm being too passive about this. I should have tried to get my money back right away. I can't recommend this product, because of my experience with it. Maybe it was more inexpensive then the others, but it still wasn't worth the effort.

It's a very basic computer that will get your essential duties done. E-mail, browsing, documents, (very) light gaming. From time to time, this little value laptop will lag, so if you don't have the time or patience, I'd just purchase something better.

I bought this computer for my daughter’s online school. It was an OK computer with the necessary functionality. However, quality is really bad. Stopped working in just two months! It has past the return time window so my $300 was thrown in water.

Sound malfunctions at times. It freezes and Alt, ctrl,delete would not work for it. We have to hold down the power button to refresh it. Would recommend buying something else.

Our school said to get a Chromebook so that’s what I search for and found this but then I had to load Chrome and could not load Google Play because it was windows so why promote it as a Chromebook? Disappointed

Good picture quality. Good speed. Stopped connecting to the internet. Currently returned for service.

I love the fast deliver and the size of the laptop but it always freezes and I have to reboot. I want to exchange but the store is closed

Laptop was not connecting to my wireless router and I had to place my laptop right next to it to somewhat connect (still would drop connection). Also the Bluetooth was not pairing with my earbuds. I reset the computer to see if it would work... still would not connect and wasted my time with this laptop. Returned product to store next day.

I bought this computer for my 15 year old son to use for school. He started using the computer in September and just a few months later now the screen is blank, so he can no longer use the computer for school. This is unacceptable. This product is not durable and we don't have money to waste in a time like this. We took it back to Best Buy but they wont even look at it. If you need a good and durable computer you may want to try another one. This is based on my experience.

The laptop is slow and sometimes freezes in my trading program. I have to use my cell phone as a back up to finish my trading! I have no problem with my Dell laptop.

It’s good for daily use but I just hate it bcuz it gets frost and I have to shut it down and all my work didn’t save so I have to restart it again.

Within less than a year the screen started getting black fuzzyness around the screen and expanded to the center.

I returned it because the display is very bad, My eyes pain using this display. Other things were value for money

I was satisfied with it at first. After 3rd use showed stripes on the screen, obscuring parts of it. Returned.

Bought online and the process of picking it up at Best Buy was great. However, awful laptop. Do research and the laptop is known to have mouse / touchpad issues. Out of the box it didn’t work correctly. Sending it back for repairs to HP because it is covered by warranty. Not even a month old and HP is aware of the problem and still sells them. Stay away!

I am working full time from home due to COVID restrictions. I needed a new computer to replace my old HP and thought this would be a good option. This laptop can't run if I have more than 3 excel files open, also the screen freezes if there are videos or ads running at the same time. I have been using this laptop for less than two months and it is already running slower than my old one I had for over 5 years. Do not recommend.

Worst computer ever. It went out after having it less than a month. Best Buy would not exchange due to their horrible 14 days return policy. They suggested I take it to the geek squad, which I did only to be told that they would charge me 199.99 for a warranty plan. She went on to tell me that me purchasing this plan would not guarantee that the computer would be fixed. It didn’t make sense, it felt like a scam
