Horribly slow. I did not expect this from HP. I purchased this to replace a older HP laptop. This thing is the slowest I have ever seen. Of course due to delayed shipping and all that is going on now it is already outside of it's return window. I would not recommend this to anyone. This thing would be useless even as a childs toy. It is too slow even to browse the internet, look up recipes or facebook.

I have continued to get a error message that says I can not load my business software quicken business 2020. the message says that i need to turn off windows s mode. I have attempted to do this, i have contacted online chat, and finally i brought it into barbersville wv today. in the end i got told that i need to contact microsoft myself. why did i buy geek squad support? i don't know but i am not happy

I don't recommend this laptop at all. Fan goes up to 100% when idling. You're better off with an Ideapad or a HP Stream.

It doesn't let you use google chrome or zoom. The picture is not good quality.

It’s second time i got HP and i am really disappointed. Works really slowly if u wanna do multiple tasks.

Easily susceptible to Damage due to the build quality. I’ll suggest buying something better instead.

This computer keeps shutting off. Sometimes I have to turn it on more than once for it to come on.

Every other time I turn on laptop it doesn't turn on. Takes about 20 minutes to finally turn on.

When bought for curbside pickup. Product was bought new. When we got it home, it obviously had been refurbished. How could I tell ??? One might ask ?? Because it still had other person’s s*** on it !!!! I’m an elite plus member and you sell me refurbished crap and tell me it’s new ???? Shame on you. Will never do that again.

Cheap product Slow as a turtle and is out of date.

after 4 months and until today i have not been able to use this computer. first I didn't connect on the internet. after I get access to the internet, I can't use any apps or applications. really very disappointed. I have a computer that doesn't work. a weight for papers. the only attraction of this is the price

The product is priced well but it’s boring. I returned it. You get what you pay for.

I also purchased a ADH which I have been trying to cancel since purchasing it. I wanted a different protection for my computer. I got what I wanted when I went in the store this last Thursday BUT THEY STILL COULDN'T CANCEL MY ADH. CALLED AGAIN AND A 3 HOUR WAIT TO TALK TO SOMEONE. PLEASE REFUMD AND CANCEL THAT POLICY.

Needed a cheap laptop for streaming for my basement TV. Made a mistake by buying a refurb. Didn't work on arrival, took it back for the Geek Squad to check it out. Answer: We have to send it back as we do nothing on site now - it'll be at least 30 days! Could be the last thing I ever buy from BestBuy.

It's smaller, getting adjusted, when on internet it will refresh on it's own.

I purchased an hp laptop for my daughters 13th bday on may 3. Not even having it 4 weeks the screen started glitching as soon as we turn it on. It was not dropped or placed next to heat. I worked hard to save money for this and it's useless. Wont be buying from here ever again. Christi Wilson
