Mom has never had a computer/laptop before, so we picked up this one for her. We chose a wireless mouse to work with it. I am very happy with the speed, display, and functions. I would definitely buy again!

My daughters needs to follow subjects on the Internet. This laptop solved our problems for sharing single laptop. Given the price everything is great for the kids needs.

I bought this computer to use for e-mail and You Tube video viewing. It does a very good job for these tasks. The screen has good resolution and the keyboard has a good feel. This computer comes with 4Gb memory, which I may increase at a later date, just so it works a little faster. The on-board memory (128Gb SSD) is more than enough for my uses. Windows 10S was pre-loaded on this computer. It works fine, but limits any software adds, unless you want to disable the "S" option, or get them through the MS Store, I believe, which is also limiting. Overall, this computer is very much worth the price.

Very user friendly love the easy layout of the computer and the touch screen. For the price this computer is a steal. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a new laptop and doesn’t want to break the bank.

Bought this laptop for my young daughter, mainly to play online games. While not a “gaming” laptop, it works well, and games have little to no lag.

I am very impressed with this new laptop, It is very fast and has a super bright display. I would recommend this as a first laptop or a replacement. For the price it is an excellent choice.

So far this computer is very useful and I've yet to see much of anything that'd make me not recommend this. I'm using this specific computer for classwork and Google classroom so there isnt really a space issue for me. I'm still in S mode, and though this is somewhat of an inconvenience when I want to download apps outside of the microsoft store I still want the safety net. I truly hope they make an option to switch it on or off though. For the value though this is a really great buy for people that are mainly using this for school or basic tasks that dont eat up a lot of space.

Bought one for my brother for schooling. Runs all the programs great! He also lightly games and streams on twitch and theres no hiccups so far. I purchased one for myself and it runs great!

This computer is sufficient for my 9 yrs old son doing online virtual learning. Looks cool, fast, lightweight, good size, no issues playing Roblox. He loves it. No complaints so far.

This laptop is great for someone who just wants to browse the internet, its small and lightweight, and has a great display. However, it only has 4 gigs of RAM and is NOT up-gradable, so anything that requires a lot of RAM and CPU usage is going to either run slow or crash. With that being said, this laptop is a great buy for someone who doesn't need a super quick and nice computer. Like an eighth grade to high school student. The ease of access is just like any other Microsoft and HP product, super easy to use and simple to set up right out of the box.

Nicely build and robust feeling laptop. Setup was easy and clean. It runs applications very well. Battery life is nearly all day in our typical use.

Enjoying this little LT compared to my much bigger old one. However, not to happy with Microsoft not supplying Word free with this PC, and have to buy Office 365 to get Word. Being a retired senior I resent having to buy a program I have no use for, just so I can write a letter a few times a year, and type out some lists. Have no use for power point and other business programs. Thank goodness for Google Docs and the help of Best Buy Tech support to guide me to it. The Tech Support package is well worth the investment.

Good computer for the price. I purchased this item for basic web surfing and record keeping. Had it for a couple of weeks and so far, very pleased.
