Great HP - 14" Laptop - AMD Ryzen 3 - 8GB Memory - 128GB SSD . I wanted something light weight & use it for a backup. I replaced the 128GB SSD drive with a 500GB SSD and added 8GB of memory for 16GB & upgraded to Windows 11 Pro. With the upgrades, it's fast and also a 256GB SD card for Backups!

I got this laptop open box. It was pretty much brand new. The processor isn't ultra fast, but it's good enough for all my basic computing needs. I don't play games on it. I use it for work. Writing code, browsing the internet, watching videos. I bought some ram from Crucial and upgraded to 32gb.

This laptop is a wonderful value for the price!! I have owned it for over a year now and I have had zero issues. I'm a student taking classes online. This laptop is perfect for that. I also stream on it a lot. No issues with that either.

I love the ease and speed of opening, navigating, and closing the unit. It’s light weight and travels well. The larger keyboard and screen is a definite priority for me. This unit is perfect for long on screen time and tired eyes.

This is an excellent laptop. I just set it up with no issues. Loads content very fast. If you set sceen to max brightness and set size to 125%, it matches the quality of the other 1080p screens that I own even at this lower screen resolution. The unit is beautiful and seems to be sturdy and well constructed. Sound quality is very good at max setting in a 13x30 foot room. Keyboard response is great. I purchased this pc on the daily deal for $199.99. I got another $20 credit because unit was not well packaged with box being crushed even though unit performs perfectly upon setup after contact by phone with customer service expressing my concerns, Best Buy needs to package items better for shipment. Only negative is that HP should have made this with black keys with whiite lettering as the gray keys with white lettering make identifying keys difficult without backlit keyboard even though the look is aesthetically pleasing. Have not checked battery life yet, If it gets around 9 hours as advertised, actually OK.

A great value! I bought this as the home laptop…so it doesn’t have to handle too much. But so far…no problems and it has taken some unintentional abuse. My only complaint is that the camera (for video meetings, etc) leaves a lot to be desired.

The laptop is amazing! It allows me to download games and has just enough storage. The laptop is good quality and runs very fast!

Great little laptop! Perfect for doing my household accounting, storing pictures ect.

Very happy with it so far. Replaced an older model I have. Screen is huge improvement. Love weight, performance for price and fact has much better traction pads on bottom. Old one would slide off surfaces. Only cons are keyboard very light and hard to see sometimes. Bought protective cover which usually get anyway and it fixed this. Other issue is ports and charging are on right side and I prefer everything on left except mouse in right. Minor issue and probably nothing for most people. Otherwise recommend, especially if one sale like when I purchased it.

Laptop works good, just like any other, only the fan is very loud but other then that it works fine. Lasted me a couple years.

A very good computer for the sale price I paid. The only reason I am not giving a full 5 stars is that the keys are hard (for me) to read in the evening when I have my desk light on. Something about the way the light reflects off the keyboard - I've tried moving my lamp around as much as possible in my small space, but to no avail. I've gotten used to it, so it's only mildly annoying now. I do like the size and the weight - it's smaller than my previous HP laptop. Overall, a good choice for the limited budget I was working with.
