Customers highly value this 14" laptop for its affordability, ease of use, and performance. Its lightweight design and compact size are also frequently praised, making it portable and convenient. While some users mention the fan noise and limited storage, the positive feedback on other features outweighs these concerns. Many appreciate the sufficient RAM for everyday tasks.

For $250.00 this laptop is good. It’s not the greatest but it gets the job done. I picked it up to use it for browsing the web and it’s been great. The screen can get blurry since it’s lower than 1080p, but boot times and opening apps is fast with the Nvme SSD. For $250.00 you get a fast laptop.

Got this to replace a 11-year-old ThinkPad that owed me nothing and never lost its pep until it died. I miss internal disc drives and the user-friendly Windows configurations of the past. If you were accustomed to finding specific settings with a few keystrokes, you're going to hate Windows 11. USB devices don't show up and you'll need a doctorate from MIT to figure out why. And even if you do, you probably can't find a workable remedy. The laptop, itself, is better than the OS, though updates tend to cause glitches and I've deleted several of them. The cursor will occasionally slip into a slow-motion mode without explanation. It works its way back to normal, but it's maddening if you're on a conference call and trying to access information on the fly.
Lackluster is the word I'd use to describe this particular laptop. It's not the worst in the market, but it's certainly not the best, either. If average had a mascot, this would be it.

I used to have HP laptops that never failed me and for that reason this brand has been chosen again. Honestly, this one surprised me bcz is not only light on weight but it's also fast and comfortable. Since the screen, keyboard and the size.
I'm happy with this purchase :)

Grabbed this for our daughter after her old convertible Acer kicked the bucket after a few years. Not too happy. But this seems like a great replacement/upgrade so far. Decent performance and battery life for the price and it can handler her constant us of Blender. Hopefully this review doesn’t have to change in the future.

I gave this laptop five stars based on my purchase price of $199.99 when it was a Daily Deal. At its listed price of $429.99, I would give it 3-4 stars. I got this for basic tasks like web browsing, email, Word and Excel 365 web apps.
Build quality is adequate for an entry level laptop. Don't expect multitasking to be great, with a dual core CPU (it does have multithreading) and only 8 gigabytes of memory. The display is good, but the resolution (1366x768) is somewhat low, even for a 14" display. I took Windows 11 out of S mode so I could install Chrome and other non-Windows Store apps. 128GB of SSD storage isn't a lot, but with an SD card slot, you can add additional data storage.
Connectivity is solid, with two USB type A, one USB C, HDMI output and the aforementioned SD card slot, plus a headphone jack. The keyboard and touchpad are okay, but if you're going to use this a lot, I would recommend adding at least an external mouse. Battery life isn't anything to write home about, at least so far, using the default Balanced power plan in Windows, but it's adequate.
Wi-fi and Bluetooth have worked well for me. The only Bluetooth device I've used so far is a mouse.
As long as you are willing to accept the limitations, this is a good basic laptop. I've had good experiences with HP laptops, so hopefully this one will continue that. The value of this laptop depends on how much you pay for it.

I am a broke college student and I managed to get this for $250. It arrived quickly and I was updated by email of every step of the shipping process. I've had this for a little over a month, which isn't super long time, but so far it's great. it runs really well and its battery holds up for at least 8 hours of use. I highly recommend this for anyone who is on a low budget.
My only complaints are that the keyboard and bottom of the laptop in general is cheap plastic. I got used to it pretty quickly but at first it was hard to get over the keyboard side going in. This may not be the laptop, but I can't seem to use the google play store and the only reason I can find is that it's not a certain brand. The screen has an odd film that looks like grease but it's not. I remember my high school's ipads had the same thing. Also, the camera quality is really bad.

Adequate for basic daily tasks. Simple enough for an older person to use. Decent battery life while not being a very heavy laptop. Screen is relatively washed out but it is a budget laptop so I’m not surprised. Nice connectivity included. Webcam and microphone are clear in regular room lighting.
