Great laptop for the price. Perfect for school work or light gaming (such as minecraft, etc)

Great small laptop for my son ro take ro school and for distance learning at home. This laptop is small enought to fit into my son's backpack and powerful enough to have several chrome tabs open and still be able to zoom. He also plays some light games on it. But mostly uses Zoom, YouTube, Spotify and Chrome. Sometimes all at once and we have had no problems. We may upgrade to a solid state HD in the future.

Nice lightweight laptop with lots of storage. Bought it for my wife, and she loves it.

This is a great laptop and at a great price! It has 1TB of hard drive, 8 GB of memory and is designed for what I need. The only con is the virus software that you can download with it. Pass that up and get Norton or McAfee. Or better yet, stick with the internal Microsoft Defender because that one is good enough.

Older style design, but good speed and great drive space.

It is overall a good computer for the price. The trade off is the hard drive size for the processor and video card size. If you aren't super into heavy graphics gaming and just want to watch videos and do documents and stuff this is perfect.

This is a good computer for school and that's about it. It's quite slow all around. I've noticed that when my children are going from one page to another, it takes longer than any of my other computers. It's still a good computer at a decent value. I would have preferred a cheaper chromebook but it isn't compatible with my children's school work. Getting the laptop out of Windows S mode was annoying. The one bonus is that my kids can play computer games on it, like Robolox or Minecraft which they certainly couldn't on a chromebook. The hard drive capacity on this is pretty substantial for the price . Though with 8 GB RAM, I'd expect this to be a little faster.

For the price it was amazing, when I purchased this it was $329 for new in the box and this open box unit about $250. Processor is good, it has both NVMe and 2.5" HDD slots, in fact memory is upgradeable as well. It was slow to boot only because of the HDD, I put in an NVMe SSD and it's great. I definitely recommend this for all everyday computing tasks.

This laptop has been perfect for our family's needs. It had a great price. The laptop is also a great value for the price. This is an investment that we have been very happy to make. The Best Buy service was absolutely fantastic. The curbside pickup was fast and efficient. Great job Best Buy for your wonderful service and your top of the line products.

Great laptop at a great price! The laptop works great! It was a purchase for my son starting college and for now his classes are all from home. It has everything he needs and we are very happy with this purchase. The only problem I had with the purchase was it was set for a store pick up on a specific date and it wasn’t available until 10 days later.

Great laptop for the price. I’m using it for web browsing, emails and word processing. Handles everything great. Has a usb c port also for my iPhone and other newest devices . Dual speakers are louder than my last laptop which is great for the kids doing school online. We don’t have to use headphones. Not a powerhouse gaming machine but recommended

Christmas gift for daughter, currently doing college courses online, and she is thrilled to have a newer, lighter laptop to work with as she does her courses. Excellent price for item, only wish I could have purchased it in the rose/gold color, her favorite. Totally satisfied and glad offer was made in time for Christmas purchase.

I love the speed of this labtop, especially when you have quite a few windows open. The Cons of this labtop is the quality ofbthe material could be better.

Only had it for 4 days but it’s amazing for not so heavy games on performance mode it doesn’t freeze nor glitches. I was very excited to get an decent laptop to do school homework. I would recommend getting this . Also the battery does not last for an very long time but I don’t mind sense I always have it plugged in.

Laptop that wasn’t very expensive and does the job of allowing me to work remotely. Battery doesn’t seem very long but having to keep it plugged doesn’t matter to me. Something though to consider.
