This computer is perfect for my uses. It responds faster than any other computer I have ever used, it could be because its new only time will tell. Its a perfect size to take with us when we travel.

Bought this for my 13 year old. He does a fair amount of animating and this unit surprisingly can handle the work load. Great value for the price before I have to shell out the big bucks later.

A nice laptop at a good price. Used it to run our Quickbooks software and interface to our bank. Runs well, but does have a pause here and there while clicking on an action. Gets the job done.

This Laptop has a lot of space and HP is a decent brand. The laptop is somewhat light. I wish it didn't feel cheap feel to it. Overall it is a great value for the basic essentials and storage.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She does light gaming (Roblox and minecraft) and she uses it for school. It’s preformed pretty good so far and I don’t really have any complaints.

My sister needed a new laptop for her online classes and this was something I reviewed before buying. The price was right, the quality of the product was good and it is definitely something that’ll get her school work done. Nothing too crazy. Simple and straightforward.

4 star for now because I just plugged it in and BestBuy is asking for the review. I’ll be back to update this review after some use. Looks nice. Feels fine. Great price.

What can I say excellent, Best Buy had done it again. Affordable, great customer service and road side pick up was a breeze! Thanks BB! The only downside is the screen pixelation isn’t the greatest to me but it’s my 13 year old daughters laptop and she’s okay with it.

The computer is good. I am decreasing my rating because laptop came with ‘Windows 10 Home in S Mode’. This was kind of frustrating as i could not find an ‘app’ in Microsoft store for my printer so i had to dig in the system folder and remove the ‘non reversible’ remove S mode radio button. After removal if the S Mode i was able to successfully load my printer drivers . I understand the method behind the S Mode, but i think this is an inconvenience for most users .

Light, just the right size. Camera is not HD (480). Put a NVME drive in, goes good now (SSDs are fast). Use the 1 tb drive for movies, songs and things.

It's working pretty well for the price. We don't use it for too much but the internet. Had some trouble getting software on it at first.

Perfect for the price. Used it for online Zoom courses and it worked great. Not a powerhouse gaming laptop but an all around reliable laptop.

Very nice computer for the price. The only thing missing the touch screen but, that's a little bit more pricey but I own one of those already. HP 360

Really like the laptop. I am just using it for a few things like banking and surfing the net. I did notice that the battery runs down pretty quickly.

Easy to use and easy to transport! Would prefer a touch screen and a longer battery life. But, for the price, very pleased with the laptop.

Nice computer for the dollar and after a year the first one my wife hasn’t crashed while searching for activities and visiting often times not secure websites for our kids to print things and such.

Overall good deal I was in fast need of getting a laptop for a friend as a gift, and this was a really interesting deal. Good for the price

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my fiance. She loves it. Powerful, sleek and very fast. Was a snap to setup and the screen is so crisp and clear. A very good purchase and loaded with great features. You wont be disappointed.

Bought this for myself as a Christmas gift. I love it! For what I use it for (email mostly), it does great and is much faster than my desktop computer. I really love that it is touch screen and my pen works with it. Thank you!

Bought for my 12 year old son for Xmas. Uses for school and basic gaming like Roblox and Minecraft. He hasn’t complained once about it.
