Bought this for my 11 yr old for his birthday. He uses it for videos, surfing and low to medium end gaming. It runs great and hes super happy. If you want to play more demanding games the look for a higher end laptop.

I purchased this laptop for college work. So far I have had no issues. I am able to save and complete my work, stream, and it runs fast. This is a great option and value for students or general home use.

I'm very happy with this laptop so far. I bought it for the 1TB hard drive and bluetooth capability. It's relatively easy to upgrade the memory and I doubled it to 16 GB RAM for $30. It works like a charm!

Purchased this computer for general household usage to check emails, and browse the web. My wife is happy with it as she syncs it with her phone and can easily transfer pictures from her phone to the large memory capacity. It logs on fast and the keys feel good. The battery life seems to be okay. She has not used it for Zoom calls yet. The black on black color is nice. It was very easy to setup. The Best Buy curbside pickup was quick. I would recommend this computer for general usage.

This laptop is suitable for basic work, emails, surfing web. However, we needed it for remote learning for school. My son is in preschool and needed a fast camera and video speed. Unfortunately the camera had poor quality & lagged terribly even when directly connected directly through our ethernet cable. Returned right away. Purchased a Chromebook 2 in 1 and it was perfect camera & video quality!

It's perfect for what I need. The price was awesome and having it on zero percent interest for 12 months really helps.

I purchased this laptop so that I can have technology on the go. I have a desktop at home that is my main computer; however, I needed something that was mobile. This laptop is perfect for this use.

I have used it a couple of times so far and it seems fast. I need to give it more time to see what it really can do.

I bought this laptop for remote learning for my daughter. Easy to use, not heavy to carry around and affordable.

It was affordable and has a lot of storage space for me. I’m just a regular user when it comes to gadgets, the bare minimum is all I need including enough memory/storage space to do the job.

I got this laptop at a very god price, it has all what a need for my family and their home school studies and homework during the pandemic. Very good performance, storage capacity, speed.

I was excited to get a lighter weight laptop with some of the features of the heavier ones, but it seems that the quality isn't the greatest. My main complaint is the color seems off. I've tried a few things that have helped the color and brightness, but it still isn't great. Oh well, it was a good price and does the job.

Laptop works fine. Startup and loading were perfect. Screen images good. Overall quite a good value.

Works great and when powering on everything loads quickly so very easy to use as this was for a niece doing home schooling. This came at a good price point as well.

It's small but has much more power than any mini. It would probably run super fast if Win10 wasn't so bulky. Perfect for school kids. Good price for all that storage and ram.

The laptop is excellent for email and casual web surfing. The experience purchasing through bestbuy leave a lot to be desired. While they have a price match guarantee, it was extremely difficult to get them to honor it even on a bought through them after which they dropped the price. Instead of simply refunding the difference, I had to purchase a second laptop at the lower price and return the original, higher priced laptop.

This product was a gift, so I haven't used it but it seemed like a very good value for the money.
