This computer is not slow but it is not that fast either, the computer is beautiful, 14" is diagonal and side to side is like 12", the camera is not a big deal, you have 237GB of hard drive no 256gb but I dont want to return it for 12GB as it is not a big deal for me, 8gb memory ram, the computer is touchscreen, the keyboard is good, overal the computer is not bad but I think that the price is a little too high.

Purchased for my wife who spends hours on Facebook and looking at sales etc. She loves its speed and sound and how light it is to walk around with. Very happy so far.

An incredible unit for the price! The quality is great, and the HP brand along with the rare-to-find 1T storage capacity are the reasons I chose this product. Digital set-up and customer service tools make it easy to navigate to get started and to become familiar quickly. Not the absolute fastest if you are a gamer, but it's a good performer for personal and business use. Very compatible and user-friendly!

For the price, it does the job. It is small and lightweight. Keys are clearly labelled.

Small, lightweight laptop. Easy setup. Power block on cord got hot. Display is fine, fast website access. Great storage and affordable step up from a Chromebook.

The laptop is very good and lite. It runs AMD Rayzen 3 and 1 TB storage and 8 GB RAM

Bought this computer specifically for programming (I use Jupyter Notebook) and it gets the job done. Pretty nice display and not too slow. Good size as well.

This computer is easy to carry around and use wherever I am. The Battery last a long tome so I am able to work without worrying about finding an outlet.

The people at Best Buy were very nice and helpful to me. I knew i would get a great deal at Best Buy, My neighbor suggested them and she was right. The geek squad is very helpful. I am still getting use to my new computer but know i can help if needed. There are so many laptops to choose from and i heard HP was good and learned there are better ones also. I should be good for years to come.
